Holiday apartment, and villa accommodation in Chiang Rai for your holiday home rental in Thailand

The town of Chiang Rai lies in Northern Thailand, one of the world’s most exotic holiday destinations. It’s an important hub in the Golden Triangle region of Thailand, Myanmar and Laos, making it an excellent base from which visitors to Chiang Rai accommodation can explore the area and experience authentic Thai culture.

Self-catering villas in Chiang Rai offer visitors an experience that is quite unlike anything the beaches of Thailand or the bustling city of Bangkok have to offer. The spectacular panoramic mountains, numerous temples and melting pot of cultures promise a once-in-a-lifetime holiday for visitors to Chiang Rai villas. Chiang Rai villas are equipped with every modern convenience, but still retain their rustic charm, creating a peaceful retreat after a busy day.

Attractions in Chiang Rai include ancient Buddhist temples such as Wat Phra Kaeo, Wat Phra Sing and Wat Klong Wiang. In the Golden Triangle region you can visit the Gate of Siam, on the Laos boarder, from which you have spectacular view of the Mekong River. Visitors to Chiang Ria accommodation can enjoy nature in the Namtok Khun Kon Forest Park, or Chiang Dao National Park. If you’re feeling adventurous you can even ride an elephant. For a taste of culture that hasn’t changed for hundreds of years there are hill tribe villages in the area.
