This is an amazing family home to make your home during your stay in London. It is very spacious with sleeping arrangements for up to 16 on 6 king beds and 4 sofa beds. There is also a family room with a king bed and double futon bed. In addition to the sleeping spaces there is a living room with Freeview and Netflix, a large kitchen and dining area with a dining table large enough to seat 14, a utility room with a washing machine and dryer and a back garden.
The bedrooms are located on the first, second and third floors with three on the first floor, one on the second floor and two on the third floor. The bedrooms also come with USB chargers to make it easier for international visitors to charge phones.
There are also 2.5 bathrooms with one on the ground floor, one on the first floor and one on the second floor. The ground floor bathroom is a walk in shower whilst the third floor bath is a combined bathtub and shower.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, espresso machine, kettle, microwave, toaster whilst also having a large dining table which can seat 14. There is an adjoining utility room with washing machine and dryer so that you can do your laundry during your stay if needed.
Many guests have commented on how large the house is and this means that even for those with large families or groups it is a comfortable and delightful space to stay whilst visiting London. What makes it even more appealing are the great amenities on its doorstep which means that you do not have to walk very far to access great restaurants, supermarkets or public transports. All are literally a few seconds walk away!
Great efforts are taken to maintain high standards of cleaning at the property and all towels and linen are fresh for each new guest.
It is rare to find such a large home in London which can accommodate large groups but as this used to be my family home I enjoy being able to share it with other families and groups.
I provide a personal check in to help guests to feel welcome and also so that guests can be showed first hand all of the amenities. I am also happy to share local tips and any other information to help make your stay more enjoyable.
I welcome all guests and enjoy learning about different cultures and exchanging stories and experiences. I am available as much as guests need as I enjoy the hosting experience and the community that it creates.
It is very easy and quick to get around by public transport. So for example it takes about 20 minutes to travel to King's Cross, 25 minutes to Oxford Street and 30 minutes to Victoria.
Street parking can be arranged for an extra fee if requested in advance as there is the usual London residential parking restrictions.
