Would you like to grab your surfboard and catch some of the best waves in Costa Rica without even crossing a street?
You love to wake up to the sound of the ocean in a comfy king size bed and walk barefoot to the beach with your cup of coffee in the morning?

We are located in North Santa Teresa, away from busy downtown but close to everything you need. There is a great beachfront restaurant with fabulous food right next door and only a 2 minutes’ walk away you find a super cool, chic café, where you can enjoy a nice coffee or treat yourself with an acai super bowl and fresh local fruits. About us:
I found this place 20 years ago! There were a bunch of horses and chickens roaming around. I shook hands with the owner and made a deal, I was 27 years old. I have not missed a year coming down here in those 20 years.
First thing I did was plant 50 fruit trees and a bunch of bamboo on the property.
This place energizes me and my family. I hope it helps you reset as it does for me! Cheers!

Barefoot Fun

Really loved our little cabana. Town is dusty, noisy, bad roads, heavy traffic, but you quickly adapt, and the food scene is tremendous and international, some fun shopping, with local designers. Even if you don’t surf it’s fun watching and there’s a wonderful yoga scene worth looking into. Return back to our Villa, very quiet and life is simple. Kevin was very responsive , patient and informative with our questions. We had the pleasure of meeting him and his charming family. We would love to stay again and bring family members next time.

Pura Vida

Beautiful north end bungalow located between restaurants up the road (Cafe Social) and restaurants on the beach (Roca Mar.) Wonderful walking beach!! Loved everything about this serene setting. Cool tide pools in the lava rock 4 miles down the beach near Gigi Johnson Hotel.

Gorgeous beachfront property tucked away in Santa Teresa

We loved everything about this place. It is tucked away at the North end of town so it is quiet & restful. The property is perfectly maintained, and full of life - birds, lizards, monkey sounds. The ocean is steps away. The rooms are simple but beautifully appointed and the outdoor showers were amazing - complete with a lizard who calmly sat on the wall - he felt like a pet at the end of the stay. We appreciated having a car to get to the restaurants in town, but if you are cooking yourself, as we did for breakfast and lunch using the outdoor kitchen is a super cool experience. I would highly recommend this property if you want a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic!

We loved our stay here! This is an adorable, well built and tastefully appointed bungalow steps away from the beach and literally anything else you might need! We have stayed at quite a few VRBO’s on our trip here and this property is the Winner and it’s not even close!

Because the property is 2.5 acres you can observe amazing wildlife right in front of the house. You will see monkeys and iguanas and many other animals. The sound of the ocean and wildlife at night is magical!
