About this property

The ski-in ski-out condo is ideally located in the heart of The Village at Palisades Tahoe, Northface building #2, which sits right at the base of the Palisades Tahoe USA ski resort. Enjoy a day of world class skiing with only a 30 second walk to the Tram! At Palisades Tahoe—that’s ski in/out! Take lunch or a break in the middle of the day – all without the need to drive, fight traffic, compete for parking and hike with your gear.

In the Village, there are dozens of restaurants, entertainment venues, day spa for massages and yoga studio, general services and shops all within a minute’s walk. To help jumpstart your mornings, Starbucks is located directly downstairs and accessible without leaving the building.

The condo is above and beyond typical rentals in the Village. You won’t find any place more cozy! The well-appointed approx. 900 sq. ft. 3rd floor two bedroom condo is an ideal fit for couples or groups of up to 4 people. It receives wonderful morning sunshine and has partial mountain-top and plaza views. Great for 4th of July Fireworks and plaza entertainment.

The spacious living room has a custom sofa and is equipped with a gas fireplace, DVD player, PS3, Apple TV, AC and ceiling fans. Heating throughout the unit is provided by a hydronic heating system under the floors. Wi-Fi high speed Internet access included.

The full size kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils, a full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, four burner range with oven, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans and bakeware set.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, spacious closet and second television set. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a third television.

The private, covered terrace includes chairs and a small table to take in the mountain air.

Tall ski lockers are included for your convenient storage of ski/snowboard equipment. Coin operated (bring quarters) washer and dryers are located in the building. Spa, sauna and fitness area within building. Covered and heated unassigned parking spot, direct elevator access to unit.

Convenient Location. Cozy home.

Great spot right at the base of the mountain. Lovely sun on the deck. Pretty much everything we needed in the apartment!

Great host and property

We had a great family weekend and really appreciated the ease in working with Bob. Great location, layout and our kids really enjoyed the personal touches of Bobs condo with family pictures and Tahoe paraphernalia.

Not recommended. Cancellation policy is such that if anything happens remotely close to the booking, like a monster snow storm, nothing can be done. Booked for the weekend that turned out to be the storm of the decade and could not cancel. Host was not only no help, but suggested the weather that resulted in road and resort closures was not a problem.

The condo is amazing and only a couple of minutes walk from the gondola if that. Bob was incredibly helpful and was always available to help us with any issue. The place has great parking that allows you to avoid the chaos in the main lot. Would love to stay here again!
