Nice house

The house was clean and well stocked. It's on a nice block, about two blocks from the beach. Renters have to pick up and drop off the keys, which is a bit out dated but luckily the office is near the north bridge to the island (Holmes Beach). Communication with the property manager was good prior to the stay but not really during the stay but we had very few issues.

Lovely property

The house was large enough for blended family, they really enjoyed the pool. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds were comfy and the ocean was a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Anna Marie Island

We were a group of 6 ladies enjoying a girls trip. House was as described and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outdoor area and the pool. Nice neighborhood, this house is a duplex but we never heard our neighbors. My only complaint is the thermostat can’t be set below 73 degrees which we felt was a little warm for sleeping.

Summer Vacation

Great property with plenty of linens & kitchen fully stocked of everything. Cleaning could have been better. A/C programmed to not go below 73, industry standard is 72. (That would have made a difference on warm days) Office never got back to me so we just dealt with it.

Perfect Vacation Home

This home had everything we needed and more. I wish I could give it 10 stars! The backyard pool and furniture is beautiful and a quiet place to relax after a day at the beach. The large kitchen is perfectly stocked. The bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. One of the best homes we've stayed at on the island. Don't hesitate to book!
