This IS NOT A CONDO - It's a TOWNHOUSE with all the perks and feel of a Lakefront House including a 2-Car driveway at the front door, And sliding glass doors that lead you right outside to the lake! Perfect vacation or weekend escape! Wake-up to beautiful sunrises and coffee outside on the patio overlooking a quaint little cove on Lake Conroe in Walden. Two story townhouse that sleeps eight comfortably upstairs. Master bedroom has a king size bed and private balcony that overlooks the lake. Guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds and a full size bath en suite. There is a second full size bath on the same level outside the master. Kids will love sleeping on the loft upstairs that has a full size futon bed, super plush and thick. Fits two adults as well, and looks down into the living room and lake.

Living room is AMAZING! Nicely decorated, sectional sofa, Smart TV, wood burning fireplace and wide open view of the lake.

Completely remodeled open kitchen with all the comforts of home including a wine rack! Full size washer and dryer, dish washer, and half bath down stairs. There is also a game room with foosball, dart board, board games, a second fridge perfect for drinks and access to the front patio.

Open up the patio doors and walk right out and literally jump in the lake, float around the cove or cast a line right off the bulkhead for some fishing! Outside dining, fire pit and gas grill for some barbequing or grilling up your catch of the day. There is a huge backyard and lake front gated common area for lounging or playing! The marina across the cove has boat and jetski rentals or bring your own.

Our guests will have full access to a private boat launch ramp and all the amenities of the Walden including the Yacht Club, Sunday brunch, fitness center, swimming pool, playground, picnicking park and much more!

It's a perfect spot for a family vacations, girls weekend or a romantic getaway! Located in Walden just a few miles from restaurants including Sams Boat, Pappas on the Lake and even a few wineries!

THIS ONE IS TRULY BOAT FRIENDLY!

5-STARS!! What a WONDERFUL lake house setting and SUPER boat friendly! This townhome was perfect for our family of four. We wanted to spend our long weekend close to family and on the water. We pulled our boat (21’ Yamaha Wake boat) along with us so that we could enjoy the direct access to the lake, and I’ll tell you what; the location and setup here were excellent. The back porch is inviting and peaceful overlooking the marina. From there, the yard opens up and leads down to a bulkhead with plenty of room to dock your boat, even alongside the neighbors. The bulkhead is really the only place I would give a slight knock. The header board could use just a slight bit of attention, as there are some exposed nail heads that you have to be careful of entering/exiting the boat. This is literally the ONLY issue we had. The private boat launch was a huge plus. We came in late at night and had to park our boat overnight before launching the following morning. (NOTE: If you are parking a boat or trailer at the launch, be sure to have wheel chocks, as the parking lot does have a slight slope) The ramp and docks were in great shape and easily accessible for us, though we were here early in the season, so it may be busier during peak times. We never saw more than 2 trucks/trailers parked on any single day, and loading and unloading didn’t have a wait. The house was great! We had a whole lot more to say, but we only get 1500 characters...

Summer Family Trip
