lovely short out of season stay
This is a beautiful apartment with fabulous sea views and views of the pool and garden. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. Plenty of room for a family of 4. We arrived out of season before the pool heating was on from the 6th April, however it was a refreshing dip and the pool is clean and very well presented. The games room on the premises was used. We walked to Antibes on many occasions to use the restaurants and train station and the walk into Juans Les Pins was right on the doorstep through the grounds of Eden Parc. A lovely short out of season stay. Would come again. Contacting the key holder at the end of stay was difficult - we had a train to catch so could not hang around - but all turned out fine.

Spacious apartment with fantastic views
The apartment’s location is ideal for exploring the area, being only a short walk to the sandy beach, Antibes and the train station. The property itself is very spacious and, whilst in need of a little updating, is comfortable and well equipped. Be prepared to bring your own sheets and towels, as these are not provided, a consideration when flying and despite the advert, there is no WiFi, only an expectation that you use your own 4G. However, the owner and his team were easily contactable and responsive to any requests. The beautifully landscaped grounds are extremely well maintained, the swimming pool is an excellent location to cool off and relax and the views from the balcony overlooking the bay really are priceless.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment with incredible views
We were five adults ranging in age from 18 to 76 and we very much enjoyed our 10 night stay in this apartment from 28th June to 8th July this year. The apartment was very spacious and accommodated us comfortably with room to spare. It has two bathrooms which was extremely useful with five adults sharing and huge balconies, the largest of which has incredible view over the swimming pool and the bay beyond. It also had a large table and chairs easily seating six for alfresco dining. We chose not to hire a car for our holiday as we all wanted a break from driving while we were away but easily managed to get around by bus and train. We did plenty of sightseeing while we were there, visiting neighbouring Antibes, Cannes, Nice and Monaco and Monte Carlo and found Juan Les Pins to be an ideal base. On a personal note, it was extremely hot during our stay and air conditioning would have made our stay a little more comfortable but this in no way detracted from our enjoyment. I also agree with an earlier review that mentioned that people with mobility problems may find it difficult to get around the residence as the walk from the main gate from the town and promenade to the apartment was fair distance uphill with different levels of steps. The grounds of the residence are very beautiful however, spotlessly clean with very well maintained gardens. The pool was also very clean and well maintained with lovely warm water. The owner Patrick was very easy to deal with and kindly communicated in English to accommodate my very basic French. We had no problems with the apartment during our stay but I am confident that, if we had, they would have resolved by Chantal or one of her team.

A little bit of heaven in Juan les Pins
Stayed in this apartment in Juan les Pins in late June 2013 with my family and was very happy. The apartment is huge. There were six of us (4 adults and 2 children) and we had loads of room. There are two large bedrooms (one ensuite) and an annex off the living room which acts very successfully as a third bedroom with a sofa bed but converts easily to living space during the day. There is also amazing wardrobe space in the bedroom hall which stored all of our clothes so no clutter. There are two very large balconies and it was lovely to sit out in the evening and enjoy the views. The apartment is on the 6th floor which is a big plus as it has a reliable lift service and the views are just amazing. You can see the whole bay spread out before you and as it faces south you get the sun all day. The apartment was immaculate when we arrived with every amenity although you do have to bring your own sheets and towels which wasn't a problem for us as we knew this beforehand. There are two showers in the apartment, and great water pressure so you felt like you were staying in an hotel. When we arrived we got the key from the Gardien who lives right beside the swimming pool so it was easy. We took the 250 bus from the airport which cost €45 for six of us (much cheaper than a taxi and loads of room) and we got off at "La Regence" bus stop which is on the Bd Raymond Poincare about 5 mins from the apartment complex. The seafront at Juan les Pins is about a seven minute walk from the complex with plenty of restaurants and beaches both public and private. Everything appeared very safe and friendly and we had older teenagers with us who were out late at night and they experienced no trouble. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment without hesitation and would gladly return to it if I was staying in Juan les Pins again. The apartment complex is very well maintained. The pool is beautiful and tennis courts etc are top class. If there is one minor thing I might mention and it didn't affect us at all is that there are different levels in the complex and an elderly person might find it difficult to move around within the complex as there are a number of steps. I am really talking about an elderly person with serious health issues, not someone who has been lucky enough to be around for seventy or eighty years in good health. I give this apartment 5 stars for its facilities, its outstanding views and its owner Patrick who was easy to deal with. Book it and enjoy.
