This newly updated beautiful 5th floor vacation rental, Majestic Sun 514B, beach condo in Miramar Beach at the Seascape Resort offers three spacious bedrooms, three bathrooms, and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The first thing you will fall in love with in this condo is the stunning living room that leads to the private balcony which offers a full view of the pristine sands and sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the balcony and delight in the gorgeous colors as the sun sets over the horizon. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.


The updated master suite offers beautiful Gulf views and features a luxurious king-size bed, an HDTV, balcony access, and a newly renovated private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also a king suite with a luxurious king-size bed, an HDTV, and private bath. The third bedroom offers a queen size bed, twin-size bunk beds, an HDTV, and an attached bath. This condo also has a full kitchen that features stainless steel appliances and a dining area. This vacation rental conveniently offers a laundry room with a washer and dryer and is large enough to sleep 8 guests. Majestic Sun 514B is perfect for your next trip to the Gulf Coast.


At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!


We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.

It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
