The 2-bedroom apartment of 35 m2 is located in a quiet and charming pedestrian street in the Latin Quarter, near rue Mouffetard and Place Contrescarpe.

The apartment is located on the second level, easily accessible by stairs, very bright and overlooks a private garden courtyard.

Nice apartment, in a good location

Thanks Daniel, amazing communication from start of booking right through to departure - great host. The apartment was nice, fairly small, but that is to be expected in the centre of Paris, and it is just as described on the website. It certainly had everything you need for a short break in a fantastic city - no need to worry about towels, shampoo, dishwasher tablets etc - just bring your holiday items! Easy access to the metro and bus stops, literally a few minutes walk, and about 10 minutes walk to Luxembourg station for direct trains to CDG airport.

Bit Disappointing

Great location with nice restaurants. The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the stairwell is narrow. There was little room round the side of the double bed and the mattress on the sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable. There were plenty of provisions such as coffee pods, cereal etc

Enjoyable stay in the Latin Quarter

Great location - convenient to the Metro and easy to get to all of the areas in Paris we wanted to see - we had a great time walking to local restaurants. The apartment was charming and as advertised. Daniel was very responsive and helpful. It had a well equipped kitchen and very good water pressure in the bathroom. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The sofa bed "squeaked", but was easy to use and not uncomfortable. There was some limited noise from adjoining apartments, but not a problem at all. Good value for the money and would definitely consider staying there again.

great location minutes from metro and shops and restaurants

We were greeted by Daniel who described the local amenities, he was extremely helpful. The apartment is clean and compact, and is well appointed. We did lots of exploring by foot, but the Metro is only 100m away. Rue Mouffetard is charming, lots of shops and restaurants.

Great location, modern, helpful owner

We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful apartment. Location is fantastic - close to the metro, within walking distance of many famous sights and just round the corner from a street crammed with restaurants, boulangeries, charcurteries - we were spoilt for choice. Very modern and well maintained, everything worked perfectly and plenty of room for two adults and one teenage daughter (would be fine for a family of 4 also). The icing on the cake was the wonderful meeting, service and help from Daniel, the owner. He has even serviced the flat with its own mobile phone free to use for residents that we found very useful for navigating and fact finding while out and about. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment and would return to it again!
