Enjoy the deep couch sitting in front of the cozy gas fireplace with your favorite flick on the smart tv. Just beyond the living room you will enter the open dining room and kitchen. Have everyone together at once around the farm style table. The custom designed, fully stocked kitchen is perfect for large groups and family feasts. With holiday cooking in mind this kitchen allows for many chefs at once. Surround yourself in the beautiful white quartz counter tops and top of the line stainless steel appliances. Take advantage of the double oven and dual dishwashers to make your culinary creation a breeze! The entire main level is surrounded in windows allowing the sun to be a part of your morning coffee or your mid day relaxation.

OUTDOOR GATHERING SPACES
The Anchor has been strategically designed with not one detail overlooked. The back yard is decked out with a custom built fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs. Don't forget your marshmallows. Toss a game of Corn-hole while the BBQ master fires up the grill. Sit back and relax while the kids play at the Sand Castle playground just across the street, or load up your wagon and take the complementary golf cart up to the beach. You can stop by the resort amenities for a dip in the pool, splash in the splash pad or serve up a game of sand volleyball, or take an adventure in a kayak on the resort's private Lake Kai.

3 parking spaces, 2 in the front along the street. 1 space in the rear off the road as much as possible. Overflow parking lot within walking distance.

-Must be 25 years old and present for the duration of the stay to reserve.
