Located directly across the street from the beach. This unit is located on the 12th floor. There are breathtaking views of the ocean and intracoastal from the unit. The bathroom has a shower and jetted bathtub.The unit has a king bed and a sleeper sofa located in the living room. There are two new LED TVs. One located in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The kitchenette allows you the option of staying in and preparing your own meals if desired. You may want to try the restaurants located in the Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort. S3 is located on the first floor and Illios is located on the 6th floor. Fitness center and pool are also located on the 6th floor. Price includes free wifi and beach chairs. No resort fee. 60 day notice to cancel reservation.

-Parking is not included but limited free street parking can be found within 2-4 blocks along with discounted parking. I recommend not bringing a car. It is cheaper to either Uber or rent a car on the actual day required. Valet parking at the building is $50 a day
-Daily housekeeping is not provided. We setup the unit with enough fresh towels for your stay.
-Late checkout/early check-in cannot be provided as we are fully booked throughout the year and there is always a guest arriving or leaving on your day of arrival of departure and we need time to service the unit between.
