About this property

Set up to relax and enjoy the comforts of home and the excitement of being on vacation. Enjoy your visit to Branson by staying on the banks of Lake Taneycomo. The fun and excitement of Branson is just minutes away.

Two bedroom with two full baths on the banks of Lake Taneycomo. Master bedroom has king size bed, the second bedroom has queen size bed, and the pull-out couch has a regular sized bed to enable the condo to sleep six comfortably. The cozy common area seats five with two rockers that can be used as well. The dining room seats four. The kitchen comes stocked with equipment that is needed to cook and bake. However, the kitchen is a studio size area. Limited counter space, however, the bakers rack holds counter top appliance. It has a full size refrigerator, stove (new), and dishwasher (new). First floor convenience. It has new carpet and fresh paint.

For entertainment while at the condo, the living room and each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and cable. The living room has a smart blue ray player that you can use with the provided WIFI. The patio gives a wonderful view of Lake Taneycomo flowing in the back yard. It is peaceful to watch boats, canoes, and wild life on the lake. You will be within walking distance (stroll speed is 7 minutes) to Fall Creek Marina. The marina offers boat slips and there is a place across the street to store your trailer. The marina only charges $5 a day to fish. There is a common charcoal grill right out back. The tools are provided.

Only service dogs allowed with prior approval. The dog has to be picked up after outside. Condo HOA rules. If you'll be staying longer than 2 days, you will be required to utilize the provided parking permit. Upon leaving, the parking permit must remain in the condo otherwise a $50 deduction will be made from your deposit.

Amazing!

Our stay we great! The home was clean and homey had everything we needed! The coffee being there was a life saver because I forgot to get any. The kids were excited about the popsicle in the freezer, they thank you for them, it topped off their vacation. Overall it was an amazing place to stay!

Cozy stay!

Nice condo

This was a great place to stay, bedrooms And bathrooms were nice sized. It was easy to get to and away from all the hustle and bustle of the town. I had to contact the owner on an issue and I’ve never had such quick response from an owner. Kellie got back with me quickly it was a pleasure dealing with her.

My dad purchased the property for his family to enjoy. He had always loved northwest Arkansas and southern Missouri. He passed on a few years later and left it to all of us. We have a lot of special memories here. Hope you make some great memories as well.

What makes this property unique

The double patio is nice with additional seating. It is nice to set out there and drink coffee in the morning and sip cider or hot cocoa in the evening watching the wild life for a relaxing time. We have spotted geese, ducks, birds, ground hogs and other animals.
