Close to the sea, this semi-detached house is located in a flowered condo, with no cars, near the port and all shops. It is ideal for a couple and 2/3 children, but can host up to 5 people (up to 4 adults).

68 sq m, 2 floors, open onto a tiny garden (where you could have a sunny breakfast), it comprises, downstairs, a large equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with a couch. On the 1st floor, there are 2 nice bedrooms (1 double bed under a loggia with a single bed for the first one, and 2 single beds in the other, with a baby crib at your disposal), a bathroom and separate WC.

The kitchen and the bathroom will be renovated this year. In case the rental takes place before this revotion, a rebate of 40% will apply.

la maison aurait besoin d'un sérieux relookage, Ex: radiateurs rouillés, aménagement cuisine moyen, pas de lave vaisselle...

propreté du logement très médiocre

Bien que le logement soit bien situé, il demande à être sérieusement rénové. Les photos sur le site ne reflètent pas ce que nous avons découvert. Même si cette maison date de plusieurs années nous pouvions tout de même espérer avoir le ménage fait correctement. A notre arrivée nous avons commencé par laver les ustensiles de cuisine qui étaient gras. Nous avons tout de même réglé 30 euros + 49.20 euros en frais de blanchisserie et service ???

Tout s'est très bien passé. Le logement est situé dans un endroit très calme et il est spacieux, et bien agencé, tout le matériel nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances est à disposition, pour petits (seau ..) et grands (matériel pour cuisiner par exemple, livres, brochures). A remettre toutefois au goût du jour (salle de bain, jardin). Je conseille ce logement pour qui aime la tranquillité et la marche à pied ou le vélo.

L'île d'Yeu...une belle découverte !

Quelle belle découverte ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour sur l'ile. Merci à Séverine pour son accueil et ses bons conseils ! La location est bien située mais demanderait un rafraîchissement. La cuisine est peu fonctionnelle( beaucoup de prises multiples,difficile de faire une lessive avec l'egouttoir posé dessus...), les moquettes à l'étage très usées et peu compatibles avec les allergies! Les chaises plastiques dans la salle à manger sont très inconfortables ! Sans doute des détails mais un petit coup de neuf améliorerait le séjour.
