Calm and airy neighbourhood in the villa.
House with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, 2 toilets, 20m2 terrace, 180m2 garden. The sea and the beaches are at 4km, bike paths in the heart of the village, close to the shops and the lake of “La Prade” with swans and ducks, fitness trail between Saint Cyprien and Canet. Pets are not accepted. The house is well equipped for a family with child and baby. A private garage is available.

Super Ferien mit vielen Möglichkeiten
Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 9 und 13) waren ab 4. Juli 2020 für 2 Wochen in diesem gut gelegenen Reiheneinfamilienhaus. Wir wurden herzlich von Frau Degeorge empfangen. Es gab keinerlei Probleme, weder bei der An-, noch der Abreise. Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Im Garten ist ein Gasgrill der Spitzenklasse. So macht das Kochen Freude. Und in Südfrankreich gibt hervorragende Supermärkte: Carrefour und Auchon bei Perpignan (mit unendlichem Angebot) oder etwas näher gelegen, 5 Min. mit dem Auto, Intermarché. Hier kann man im Lebensmittelbereich eine Köstlichkeit nach der anderen bestaunen (und dann auf dem Grill zubereiten). Vielleicht 500m entfernt ist übrigens auch ein typischer Lidl-Supermarkt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung des Hauses ist es ideal zum relaxen. Am Morgen konnten wir uns beim 200m Fussweg entfernten, preiswerten Bäcker mit Riesen-Croissants, Mammut-Schoggi-Brötchen, Tartes und Baguettes von höchster Qualität eindecken. Anschliessend wurden diese auf der gemütlichen Veranda genossen. Im nahe gelegenen, gepflegten Park konnte ich täglich den Vita Parcours abrennen. In naher Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche schöne Strände, touristisch, malerisch oder wild. Jeden Tag ist ein anderer möglich. In Argeles Plage pulsiert das touristische Leben, in Saint Cyprien Plage war es noch ein wenig beschaulicher. Saint Cyprien, das kleine Dorf, wo auch das Haus gelegen ist, wird vom Rummel verschont. Uns gefiel, dass wir hier die grosse Auswahl hatten. Um von der Schönheit der Umgebung Gebrauch zu machen, habe ich das zur Verfügung gestellte Velo praktisch täglich am frühen Morgen genutzt. Um an den Strand von Saint-Cyprien Plage zu gehen, hätte das Velo problemlos gereicht. Mit der Familie haben wir dann allerdings das Auto bevorzugt. So waren wir immer rasch auch an den anderen Orten und konnten kombinieren: Strand - Bummeln - einen Haufen Leckereien einkaufen - rasch zurückkehren. Wir haben sehr geschätzt, dass hier alles enthalten war, was nötig ist, sogar noch mehr! Wir danken Frau Degeorge herzlich!

Great place to stay and a lovely quiet village location. Definitely a home away from home.
The house is about 3km from the closest beach, but the slightly nicer beach (Cante) is a little farther but only about 5km so with a car or a little bike ride, easy to get to. The house itself is very well appointed with toys for kids and plenty of other things to enjoy your stay. Michèle, the owner was always very quick at responding and easy to deal with and relaxed about the house, but at the same time clearly house proud as the place was spotless. Sadly my french, is not the best but we managed to communicate fine with a little help from Google translate. Saint Cyprien, we enjoyed very much, long sandy beaches, a Port to wander around, great location for access to other places near the Spanish boarder or into Spain and also to get into the Pyrenees. It’s a touristy spot, so don’t expect it to be quiet (except the village itself), but if you’re after a classic beach holiday in a good location then this is a good place, and a lovely place to stay. Oh it’s windy so it makes laying on the beach a comfortable temperature, but if it gets up then the sand does blow about a little. On the whole a great holiday and holiday home.

Une maison chaleureuse
Une maison agréable à vivre avec son jardin. Située dans un endroit calme avec des arbres sur la placette et des commerçants très prés. Cette location est d'autant plus chaleureuse que cette maison est habitée normalement et nous le ressentons. Nous avons été reçus comme des amis par Madame Degeorge qui se rend disponible pendant le séjour,la petite de 18 mois a découvert des surprises pour jouer. Très bon séjour

Maison spacieuse, confortable
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour d’une dizaine de jours avec nos amis dans cette maison très bien équipée où rien ne manquait. Dès notre arrivée, Mme DEGEORGE nous a réservé un excellent accueil . Elle est disponible et à l’écoute . Tous les commerces sont à proximité. C’est un endroit idéal pour visiter la région.
