Lge Lux 4 bed Air Con Villa (Sleeps 8) situated in Vale do Lobo (Quinta Jacintina) and v/ near the famous Quinta do Lago shopping/resort, within the prestigious golden triangle. It is very nr to several famous golf courses & many sports & leisure amenities. The beach is 15 minutes walking distance, with several restaurants & supermarkets in the vicinity. The Villa benefits from WIFI and English, Portuguese, Fench, German, Italian and Russian TV Channels

It boasts 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite), large lounge/dining area, fully fitted & equipped kitchen & laundry room. It has a large furnished terrace on 1st floor that overlooks beautifully lawned lit south facing gardens with a purpose built barbeque, stone table/seating and a lit swimming pool (9.5m X 4.5m) .The whole property has a high mature hedge for added seclusion/ privacy. Gardens and pool areas are ideal for evening dining & swimming. Lux Sun loungers are at your disposal. House has alarm. Horse riding, tennis club nearby. Vilamoura Marina with its restaurants, nightlife, and casino is only 6 km away. Almancil is 2 km drive away

Valuable information: Absolutely no cats, dog or any other type of pet allowed. Housekeeping is provided Mon through Fri. Linens changed once a week and towels twice a week. The beach is fine sand. The beach is gradual for a short distance. The water is clear water. There are good swimming conditions in lukewarm water in the summer.

Villa is south facing towards the ocean. There is a straight road to the sea/beach and it is estimated a 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car (1.2 km) to the nearest beach (Garrao) which also have restaurants etc. Other nearby beaches are Ancao and Vale do Lobo. Vilamoura is 6 km away and boasts another beach as well as a Marina with all its restaurants, casino, night clubs etc. You are surrounded by several famous golf courses. The famous Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo Golf Courses are about 5 minutes away. Vilamoura Courses are 6 km away. You are spoiled for choice.

The airport is about 9 km away. Taxis are available but you will need a car. Almancil is 2km away.

Further valuable information: Quinta shopping is 1 km away. Almancil is 2.5 km away. Faro's 'Forum Algarve' shopping mall is 8 km away. There are several restaurants nearby and within 500 meters and 2 km. You are spoiled for choice.

Excellent Villa in great location

We have been travelling to this part of the Algarve for many years and have rented many different styles of Villa in this area. Casa Hani is a modern villa of excellent standard and we'd have no hesitation in recommending it. It's spacious and immaculately clean. The pool is of a good size for a villa in this price range and gets the sun for the whole day.

The Villa's owner was very helpful and easy to deal with and his agent in Portugal attended to the most minor problems extremely quickly. We were very satisfied with the overall service we received.

A wonderful villa in a peaceful location

We stayed here in June 2011 as a party of 6 adults. The villa was absolutely perfect for our needs, BBQ was great, and pool area was great for soaking up some sun. Every utensil you could ever need was provided in the kitchen. There are some shops a short 5 minute drive away and a good supermarket approx 10 mins away. Nice quiet beach a short 5 min drive away. Also a couple of very nice restaurants only a short walk. Cecilia the housekeeper was very kind.

Would certainly recommend this villa to anyone.

Vacances excellentes - plage et piscine

Nous avons passé dans Casa Hani d'excellentes vacances en famille, début août 2012. La villa se trouve dans un petit quartier calme, à 3 km entre Almansil et les plages Garrão et Ancão. Elle est très bien entretenue, spacieuse, lumineuse, confortable et agréablement décorée. Toutes les pièces sont très bien équipées (ustensiles cuisine, buanderie, lits très confortables, rangements, climatisation dans toutes les chambres et au salon, lecteurs DVD et musique, DVDs, livres et jeux, parasol, chaises longues). Télévision seulement en anglais, par satellite. Beau jardin et terrasse plein sud avec grande piscine privative. Les très belles plages sont accessibles en 5 à 10 minutes en voiture (qui est indispensable), tout comme de petits commerces, un grand supermarché et des restaurants. Un centre équestre se trouve à distance de pied, ainsi que quelques restaurants. La gérante sur place, Yulia, était très aimable, accueillante et attentive à nos questions. Une location à recommander vivement pour des vacances près de la plage, en famille ou entre amis.

Location

I used to visit this area regularly decades ago from a very young age and it has never changed. It is not over crowded and the property has high hedges with the pool at the back, assuring privacy. For a 4 bed property the divisions are perfect with 4 bathrooms! Both the lounge and the kitchen face the pool and with the sun, it is always a pleasure to open all doors and enjoy the heat and view, with the palm trees in the garden.
