The main living room includes a 65' LED SMART TV with 100's of HD channels. Wi-Fi throughout the villa and pool areas at broadband speed - 10Mbs. Free unlimited calls to anywhere in the USA and CANADA.

Gourmet kitchen with top of the line brand new appliances. Dining room with seating for 8.

Two Master Suites with queen sized bed and king sized bed and LED TV with ensuite baths and walk-in closets.

Would book again.

Very comfortable villa for our 2 week stay. Close to Disney parks but a bit further from Universal and SeaWorld. The villa was as described snd was well equiped with everything we needed. Would definitely book again if we were visiting Florida in the future

Great villa in convenient location

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It is exactly like the pictures and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Having a pool and hot tub that is not overlooked makes all the difference - it feels truly private. The local area is peaceful yet very close to Disney and local restaurants and supermarkets. Easy booking and check in process. We would definitely recommend the villa and would return.

Beautiful Villa

We stayed in this villa for a couple of nights whilst we took our grandchildren to Disney ..it was exceptional and so child oriented..we all loved it . Location was perfect as was the pool which had a safety fence so no worries with the little ones . Would highly recommend Lorna

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
