*Min age to rent any property is 25.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm to 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 2 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. The parking is not assigned and is first come first serve for this neighborhood parking areas. During winter months cars must be rotated to allow for snow removal operations. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are located in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

You will enjoy amazing lake views and great sunsets from this condo. A cozy one bedroom with a loft next to the Stagecoach Lodge and Boulder Lodge at Heavenly. The kitchen is a great place for cooking and entertaining with friends any family, granite counter tops, flat cook top and stainless steal appliances.
The living room has a new gas fireplace that will warm you up on a winter day, the kitchen is open to the living room. The first bedroom is off the living room, has a queen size bed and full private bathroom. Above is a large loft with two queen size beds and a full private bathroom.
Just a short walk down the road is the HOA shared out door pool and hot tub. Pool will be closed in the winter. This is located on Olympic Ct. (WCPM has no control over any operation of the hot tub & pool)

Every thing about it was very nice. You might update tv system to allow Different apps like Amazon Prime, Pluto, Netflix & Hulu. You have nice Wi-Fi.

Great choice for a small family
This was the perfect place for our short ski trip. The shuttle picks up at the parking lot, or can drive to Stagecoach in 2 min. No long stairs to climb to the front door! The view is amazing to enjoy from the deck or thru the window. The kitchen was particularly well stocked, even with spices! Loved having 3 queen beds which were very comfortable. 2 of the beds are in the upstairs loft but was just as comfortable as a bedroom with a door if you all go to bed at the same time. Agree with the description that the stairs to the loft aren't good for small kids. We would definitely return!

Great location
My family really enjoyed the accommodations and the view. We were in town to ski and stagecoach lifts were just down the road. The place had all the amenities we needed during our stay. Parking was not an issue and we always had a spot. The snow was really good during our stay and the roads were well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. There were no steps to climb making it easy to haul our skis, snowboards and luggage in and out of the condo. The biggest concern was the parking as it is first come first serve. One night we came back late and there was only one parking spot left. The dryer quit working but property management had it working the next day. Although the dryer didn’t do a good job of actually drying the clothes. It was a superb view of the mountains and the lake. And the fireplace was awesome. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is very well appointed and has a great view. Everything you need on a visit is there. The only issue I had was limited closet space. The upstairs was perfect for my grandson as it has two beds and one worked as a closet. We were there during the terrible blizzard and were cabin bound for almost 72 hours. This condo made it bearable. Parking can be an issue. I love this place and would stay again.
