As you drive to the property you will experience sweeping views of Cathedral Rock and the surrounding mountains, it’s simply breathtaking. Once you reach the property you are literally only a couple minutes to Red Rock Crossing and only 1 mile from Cathedral Rock. The entire area is surrounded by National Forest. This is living in nature with all the comforts you would expect at home.

The property is a New England style cottage that has been lovingly cared for and entirely remodeled with green living and comfort in mind. As you walk into this open concept you are welcomed by the warmth and love that have been put into the home. There was not a single detail overlooked on the remodel. From the vaulted ceilings, to the chef kitchen, the solid maple flooring, the site built custom cherry cabinets and island, to the unique architectural trusses that come together and create such a warm and inviting space. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom for privacy. In addition, each bedroom and the main living space has their own ductless heating and cooling system. So, each person can set their temperature the way they want in each bedroom. Tuft and Needle and InnerSpace mattresses for added comfort through the night.

The entire remodel was done keeping our environment and indoor air quality in mind, using low VOC paint and green products whenever possible. We do not use any harsh chemicals in any of our cleaning products. We do not add any chemical fertilizers to the landscape and strive to be as eco-conscious as possible.

As you step out back you are greeted with the tranquility of the backyard orchard, a large grass area, patio with dining, and the Coconino National Forest with hiking trails directly from the backyard. Enjoy sitting on the patio for an evening dinner or exploring the abundant garden of fruit trees and culinary herbs. This home is for those that feel drawn to be immersed in nature but still want the luxuries and comforts that this home has to offer.

We want to open our home to share this special place with those looking for the serenity and peace that it has to offer. We have put a lot of love into this house so that our guests can experience Sedona in the most authentic way.

Please keep in mind this is a quiet residential neighborhood. So we ask that anyone visiting please be respectful and mindful of that. Any guests that cause loud disturbances to the neighbors may be asked to leave. Also, drugs will not be tolerated on the property, anyone using drugs will be asked to leave. Please understand that this is a special, quiet area, surrounded by beautiful Mother Nature. Please be mindful of your surroundings, wildlife, and others enjoying the surrounding land.
