Great location, close to downtown and Lake Havasu golf course. Large pool with a panoramic view of the beautiful sunsets over the lake and mountains. Rest and relax around the pool in padded chaise lounges. The property also backs up to a wash and my empty lot next door making it very private, open and quiet. Plenty of parking in the garage, driveway, and on the street.

Relax in this spacious 1661 sq. ft. home-away-from-home. Open floor plan with split bedrooms for privacy. 2 extra-large master bedrooms with full baths, living room, family room, dining room, breakfast bar and cooks kitchen with stainless steel appliances. All bedrooms have premium mattresses. One master bedroom has cal king and a full private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has two queen beds with its own full bath and outside access to the pool area. Both have TVs and ceiling fans. Additional futons will sleep 2-3 people. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped to make your stay very comfortable. New variable-speed Central heating and air conditioning keep the indoor temperature consistent, no up and down fluctuation with traditional AC. All rooms have ceiling fans as well.

Sliding doors lead to the covered and shaded patio, the best place to enjoy the pool and panoramic views along with your coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. With two large master suites (plus a large closet) and two full baths, there are lots of places to sleep, relax and play. The front living room overlooks the large front patio, equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy an amazing view of the lake and sunset to the west. The back patio has a beautiful view from the pool deck, gas BBQ, Weber charcoal grill, outdoor gas heating tower, and a fully covered additional dining area for 6-8 people. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your needs, and all appliances are newer Maytag brand. 55” flat-screen TV with Netflix and unlimited streaming on numerous channels are viewable from the kitchen, whether preparing dinner or cocktails, you can watch TV as well.

Great House and pool

Great location, close to Rotary Park for walking on the lake and food supplies. Pool was crystal clear and refreshing . Beautiful sunsets!

Why they chose this property

Pool, comfort and convenience! This is NOT your typical 'furnished for renters' property. It is tastefully decorated, with quality furniture and appliances. There are two master bedrooms on a split floor plan, all large rooms and plenty of space to enjoy inside and out. Even though the house is music themed, it is not a 'party' house. Great place for a family or couples.
