studio, facing south, on the 4th floor with elevator of a residential building located in a magnificent closed private park opening onto the bay of Saint-Mandrier (easy access from Toulon train station by bus or maritime shuttle). Private swimming pool (free access) open from June to September at the foot of the residence. Sablettes beach, and all shops at 1800m. Convenience of movement, on foot or by bike by the seaside, by bus (stop at the exit of the park), by sea shuttle (stop at 400m).
no private parking but possibility to park in the aisles; during high season sometimes limited places at the end of the day, in which case we park at the exit of the property opposite the port of Manteau.
