Beautiful views of the Bay and Brickell from inside the apartment and from a double size and balcony. There are light restricting blinds and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with washer and drier. Large marble bathroom with bath tub and shower, WC and vanity unit. Comfortable and elegant at the same time. Large TV. screen, free wifi. All linen and towels are included.
The Condo offers 3 pools, 2 large gyms, spa, massages, private film screening room, business center, etc. Reception Desk and full security. One free covered car park, valet parking or street parking.
Close to entertainment Centers like the Adrienne Arsht Centre, the Knights Concert Hall and the Opera House, AA. I stayed for six weeks in the apartment, there were a handful of problems that I had to deal with and definitely a lot of headaches. Wish I would have spent a bit more and found a place in Brickell since that's where all of the nightlight and restaurants are. -The security deposit is actually in the thousands, not hundreds -You have to pay for the parking garage fob -Be prepared to sign a 39 page contract, go through a background check, and give proof of 3 months of pay -There were tons of ants when I arrived and I then had to make time for an exterminator as well as purchase ant traps -The dryer wasn't working properly so I had to be available for 5-6 appointments with a technician -The apartment was not cleaned prior to my arrival - hair was on the floor and the bottoms of my feet were always dirty from walking around the apartment -The kitchen window is broken -No cleaning supplies are available for you including trash bags -Homeless are definitely a problem in the area

Lovely studio apartment, 3 pools and workout room. Close to excellent restaurants, and shopping.

Easy access to Metro mover (free), trolleys (free), city buses and trains. Close to many attractions including: American Airlines Center, Bayfront Park, the Port of Miami, and Brickell Centre. Short drive to Wynwood, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, South Beach and Bal Harbour. Only 1 1/2hrs to diving in Key Largo. Jennifer, the owner, is great and responds right away. **Note: A background check is required by the condo association and costs $100, per person. If married, it's only $100, but you have to have the same last name or provide a copy of your marriage certificate, otherwise it's another $100.
