Located in Southbend, a quiet residential neighborhood, our spacious furnished home (1900+ sq ft)has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room with washer (cold water)/dryer and family room. It also has a screened in patio and pool (24' X 12'), TVs throughout, WIFI, printer AND DVD. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, glasses, silverware, toaster, coffeemaker and cookware. Linens are provided for the 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 2 bathrooms. The covered pool is heated for $100/wk.

Port St. Lucie find

The house was bigger than anticipated. It was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped. The heated pool provided lots of fun. Debi was extremely helpful and responded rapidly to any questions. We had a great stay and hated to leave when our 3 weeks were up!

Great property, but needs updating and fixing up

While this was a great property given its size and location, it has not been updated and it needs some fixing up. The bed in the 2nd bedroom is much too soft for adults (needs replacement). Screws are falling off handles, not enough and not very good quality furnishings on the patio, where visitors would spend all their time. We did share these points with the owner but did not get a response.
