My condo has been renovated with entire fresh paint, new drapes, new countertop, new linens, new mattress, tv, wireless internet, one queen bed , a sofa bed queen size for extra guests, outside convenient grocery store , and two restaurants. Italian,local. A/c and parking (first come first park, no refund will be given for parking issues,during peak time, parking is very limited ) We welcome all guess and their families. Also Ideal for singles .business and couples, wanting to relax in the biggest pool ( gilligan"s island atmosphere/surroundings ) golf cars available for rent from different vendors. pick ups and drop offs to and from airport available at additional cost.

Very sweet people

Hazel the property manager was awesome and went above and beyond for us. The neighborhood isn’t the safest during night time and do not bring anything to the beach but towel ( you will be robbed) Apartment was clean , had good running water and AC was blasting. Pool is huge ( make sure to cover hear if your blonde, it will become green ) .

Pura Vida

I spent one month in Ron's condo. Two weeks by myself and two weeks with family. I always felt safe in condo complex and neighborhood. Coco beach and town site are in walking distance. The condo has everything you need and more. Grounds are immaculate pool is absolutely wonderful , plenty of room and perfect temperature. There is a security guard at the gate so complex is very secure. The property manager is amazing had a couple issues with TV and airconditioner Hazel came over immediately I was embarrassed because there was nothing wrong just my own ineptitude yet Hazel didn't make me feel I wasted her time at all. The owner Ron is the most attentive owner I've encountered he made me feel as though I was in good hands immediately. He even provided me with the contact information for a driver to and from airport and for a trip to Rincon de la vieja park. I strongly recommend, if you are looking for the perfect place for a stay in Coco, to book with Ron.

Enjoyable stay

Ronald the owner of this property was awesome to deal with. He Was easy to get a hold of answered promptly with any questions we had. Having the bicycles available for us to use and barbeque with this rental really improved our enjoyment. The unit is in good repair, the bed was comfortable and it was clean when we arrived.

Great place to stay in Coco Beach!

Ronald was a most gracious host and Hazel and her husband Alejandro, who manage the property were friendly, helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the location so near the beach but on the end of Coco Beach away from the main tourist section. Got a feel for the life of a small Costa Rican town and the rhythms of the fishing village. The condo had everything we needed including an excellent swimming pool. Thanks Ronald, Hazel and Alejandro.

I am in the nursing field . I love the outdoors camping boating , and restoring classic cars .
and of course traveling . My goal is to retired in Costa Rica by the next decade, . That's why I purchase a property there . This is not only my rental property, but it will also be my home to retired as well. I travel throughout the pacific coast beaches, and this is the area I like the most . Is not to busy and yet has a beach life atmosphere .

Why they chose this property

I went to Costa Rica in June 2016 to find a place to buy for my retirement. I also visited my mom that comes back and forth from the States to Costa Rica. She owns a huge ranch with horses, and several rental homes in the city. Together we traveled all the beaches from Nicaragua to Panama on the pacific side. When i came across Cocomarindo complex, I was bedazzled by her charm, the flora around the pool ,the 24 hour security and the convenience of a grocery store right outside the gates, not to mention an Italian restaurant . Walking distances to Ocotal beach behind the complex, and Coco beach on the north with its splendor views of sailors just chillin , and the boardwalk full of tourist and locals. . Say no more, I came back 3 months later and bought my unit. Since I will be going there once a year for a week or two, i decided to used it as a rental property to help out with the cost of maintaining it. I hope that soon I can go there permanent and make it my new home, drinking a cold beverage at a bar overlooking the beach. I felt in love with my unit and this town, that I named it Cocopine for the splendor of the landscaping.

Between walking distances to Beaches Ocotal /Coco beach. 40 minutes from Tamarindo beach and Liberia Airport.. Convenient grocery store outside the 24 guard gate.. Biggest pool in the area. One Italian restaurant also outside the gatel. Not too far, yet not too close to the boardwalk.
