Great ski weekend for three families

This was a great property for three families for a siblings/cousins ski weekend. There was enough space (and bathrooms) for each family and everyone had a bed. The property is clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with all the basic necessities. Of note, there was not a grill when we were there, although it is in the listing and pictures (not a problem, we had other plans). The owners were extremely responsive to any questions over messaging and even called me to make sure one concern was addressed and resolved. The property is a very short drive to the mountain...but, it appears there is a shuttle bus to the properties that we might be accessible, as well. Overall, a wonderful weekend and we would certainly stay here again.

Amazing experience close to Loon

This house is great! Plenty of room for 3 couples to stay with room to spare. The owner was great communicating prior to our visit and everything needed for our arrival (parking, security, heat) was well communicated. House was very clean upon arrival and bath towels were left in all bedrooms so we didn’t have to search around for any. Having the washer & dryer on 2nd floor (close to 3 bedrooms) was perfect so we didn’t have to go up/down any stairs with laundry. The lower level was an amazing space with its own full bath, bedroom and large living area/tv room. We also loved the separate small garage area where we could leave skis as well as the easy 5 min walk to the sports club to enjoy the pool & hot tub. Overall a 5/5 for the entire experience. We will be back!!

Great family getaway!

Spent a long weekend here with 3 families. Condo was super clean, with plenty of space for everyone! Kids ages ranged from 2-11 and they enjoyed the lower level space. Close to the mountain, sports club and ice castles. The shuttle to mountain was perfect and check in was super easy. Would definitely return!

We are delighted to welcome you to our home away from home and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. We spend many weekends with our family and friends at this townhouse when it is not rented so it is truly a home that you will call your own during your stay. It is really not just a rental!
When not up here in Lincoln, we live our day to day life in a house on lake. Thus the name, "Not the lake house". It seemed easier than "the skiing, hiking, waterfall, ziplining, waterpark house." There really is so much to do here!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property after renting here in 2015. We are a very active family and we fell in love with Loon Mountain -- with it's family-friendly atmosphere, excellent snowmaking, and year-round activities. We love this townhouse with its separate family spaces, bus to skiing and of course its access to the pool and hot tub! We can't wait to come up this summer for the hiking, ziplining and waterpark!
