April is a beautiful month in the Napa Valley! Mustard throughout the vineyards, sweet spring weather, bud break on the vines... Less travelers. AND, Yountville is one of the most beautiful locations to stay in the Napa Valley. Small town feel, walk to anywhere and the best restaurants in the food industry. French Laundry, Bistro Jeanty, Bottega and Coquetta, Bouchon,etc. If you're coming for a visit, prepare for food and wine within walking distance of this jewel of a condo in Yountville. The spacious condo has been updated inside and out, beautifully decorated with original art, hardwood floors, fine tile, quartz and mirrors. The updated and enlarged outdoor patio with grassy views and privacy is the newest addition. The home has everything you would need for a perfect stay. A single story end unit with only one soundproofed wall next to an occasional neighbor makes it very private and quiet. Both bedrooms have queen beds and quality 1000 TC sheets with down comforters. Fat, soft oversized towels in each bathroom, soaker tub in the guest bath and oversized shower in master bath.

Let's talk about the kitchen! A giant quartzite counter height island (6'x7') seats 6 people. A prep sink on the island, gas range and deep sink next to dishwasher make it easy to prep and cook while enjoying the company of your guests. Wine fridge for your wine purchases while visiting and micro/convection for quick meal prep. Fully equipped kitchen including top of the line cookware and knives for those that cook. But, with so many foodie stops so close, why?

The open concept living room features Wi-fi, surround sound speakers with 55" smart TV and gas fireplace. A walk-in closet in the master bedroom and sliding mirror door closet in guest bedroom feature built-ins for easy organization of your travel wardrobe. The expanded and updated back patio is perfect for peaceful comfort and openness to the backyard area. A large firetable, sofa and chairs along with a private sitting space outside the main bedroom adds to places to hang out and enjoy your stay. Click on the fire, pour your favorite glass of wine and sit back to enjoy a perfect spring/summer/fall evening in the wine country.

The condo is spectacular but the location cannot be beat. Walk to town BUT a walk through the vineyards on a lovely evening with a glass of wine is just as nice. Around the corner and down a short street and you're surrounded with the reason the Napa Valley is so enticing. Vineyards and distant hills on a peaceful walk or an invigorating bike ride rounds out the perfect retreat location.

Washer/dryer are located in the garage but the garage is not available to renter for parking. There is plenty of room in the driveway for 2 cards. Pool, jacuzzi and club house across the street.
