Self catering two bedroom purpose built ground floor apartment in ZONE 2/3 . Wood laminated flooring in the reception area and kitchen. It has a delightful garden as well as a separate dining area which is adjacent to the modern spacious fitted kitchen.

There is one master bedroom with a comfortable double bed and fitted wardrobes, and one bedroom with two single beds. It can comfortably accommodate four people.

Recently decorated, the property comes with everything you need for a pleasant stay in London.

Excellent train and bus links to all parts of London. A convenient store two doors down, two large supermarkets 5 minutes walk away, as well as all manner of local shops, fast food, bank, and post office all within walking distance.

Canning Town underground station is 12 minutes walk away with a direct line to Big Ben and Oxford Street on the Jubilee Line, and numerous bus services to all parts of London.

Excellent location
We had a great time staying here. The property is within a 15 min walk from 3 different tube/DLR stations and the Emirates cable cars making access to central london very easy. The shop on the corner is a bonus, well stocked and friendly. The house was comfortable and practical, possibly in need of a wee bit TLC (e.g. replacing of tired looking crockery) and a deeper clean but we appreciate we stayed later in the busy summer period and it’s likely been well used! The price is very reasonable, Steven was very helpful and his communication was excellent.

Great for families
My niece , her husband and her two small children had a seven day stay. Everything was great. Clear instructions given by the homeowner during checking and no issues during their stay. Rooms are spacious so the kids did not feel boxed in. Local shop right on the corner for any lilltle things required. Good public transport access for getting around. All around a good place to book.

communication with Steve was excellent and he was very thorough and accommodating. We were staying while our house round the corner was renovated. The stay was relatively inexpensive but we feel that this was good value as the place was warm, secure and clean.

Home away from home
I had a wonderful stay at this cosy 1st floor apartment. It felt like a real home. There are eateries, convenience stores and bus stops 3 min's walk away. There's also a list of take-out menus in the house so you'll never have to worry about going hungry. I could hear the people in the apartment upstairs walking up and down but the place was otherwise quiet. I felt safe coming back at midnight in the neighbourhood. It was quick and easy to get to Canning Town station by bus. On the Jubilee tube line, the interchange station West Ham is 1 stop away and the Westfield mall at Stratford city is 2 stops away from Canning Town. I recommend buying an Oyster card and topping it up with a £35.60 3-zone 7-day pass for unlimited rides on the bus and tube. Steven and Lucretia were very helpful with the booking, checking in, checking out and refund of the deposit. Thank you!

Quiet Neighborhood
While this place was a little far from central London, we enjoyed the quiet and quaint neighborhood. Would definitely book again!
