This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo sleeps 5 with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, and a queen-sized bed with a single trundle bed in the second bedroom. Other features include a several comfortable recliners in the living room, a washer and dryer in the unit, free high-speed Wifi and HD cable, a 50-inch flat screen smart TV that you can connect to your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, YouTube, Disney+ accounts and a fully-furnished kitchen with everything you need for your relaxing beach vacation! The heated pool, unlike many other places, is strategically located to receive the sunlight late into the evening.

Ponce Inlet is a beautiful beach town with all the amenities you could want on a beach vacation. The town boasts a nice selection of waterfront restaurants that serve a wide variety of fresh fish dishes and a great atmosphere with fun entertainment. The historic lighthouse is the tallest in Florida and is very popular as it is both educational and beautiful. Don't forget to stop in at the Marine Science Center.

Within 3 miles, there are many different watersports available: jet skiing with the dolphins, parasailing, charter boats, sailboat cruises, manatee tours, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. There are also 4 pickleball courts one mile away, near the Ponce Inlet Community Center.

Great Condo

We loved this condo. It was as described, clean and spacious for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and so was the living room furniture. There is a drip and Keurig coffee maker. All of the necessities you need in the kitchen. I liked the extras that were included, paper towels, TP, trash bags, dish and hand soap, laundry detergent and toiletries in each bathroom. There were plenty of spices and Pam in the kitchen too. Those things as well as beach towels and a few beach chairs are very helpful when you fly in instead of driving. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Condo as listed,very nice . Quiet beach . If you are looking fo a restful relaxing place to stay this is it. Walking and short drive restaurants. Host very nice. Will stay here again.

Fabulous Condo

Great beach location, nice and quiet and private. Easy access to pool and beach. Well-equipped condo with the perfect space for our family of four. We would love to visit again!

We are a couple that have lived up North all our lives. We are recently-retired and love the idea of spending the winter months in the warm Florida sun on the beautiful shores of Ponce Inlet. But when we are not there, we hope to share the condo with many wonderful people.

Why they chose this property

The first time we came to the small beach town of Ponce Inlet, we were smitten. The town is beautiful with a 16 mile bike loop and fun, beachy restaurants as well as parks and preserves. Then when we walked through the door of this renovated condo and saw the amazing beach and ocean view that were just steps away, we knew there was nothing more we could ask for in a Florida home. :)

What makes this property unique

Ocean front and the No Drive section of the beach makes this a peaceful and enjoyable vacation spot. The first floor offers a unique experience as the building is sooo close to the beach and water. The first floor also offers convenience when unloading for your stay or the grocery store. Park on the top parking level and you will not have to take the stairs or elevator. The town of Ponce Inlet offers a wide variety of water and land activities. Enjoy fishing, kayaks, paddleboards, parasail rides, charter boats, dolphin & manatee tours, delicious ice cream shops, outdoor waterfront dining, etc.

And let's not forget tennis, pickleball, and basketball! And quite a few golf courses within a 30 minute drive, including the beautiful LPGA International golf facility.
