Built in 1902 this Charming, fully renovated second floor Is available and is a condominium consisting of two floors, two full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, breakfast nooks, full dining room, living with room, and cable television. This home comfortably provides space for 10 people.The landscape is charming with a fenced yard, outside grill, and an outside shower in the backyard. 4 bedrooms consists of; one master bedroom with king size bed boudoir and a single bed, 2 queen size beds, and 2 twin bunk beds. Fully loaded with linens, dishes, oven, microwave, standard coffee maker, electric stove top, refrigerator/freezer, laundry room with washer, and dryer all included. WIFI, two Televisions with basic cable, Netflix, and Amazon. 4-5 Beach badges included. One space for parking, one natural gas grill, yard, firepit, and one outside shower. Washer and dryer is available on the top floor. Shared: the yard, outside shower, and grill only.
We always take extra steps to ensure that the sanitization, disinfecting and cleaning is done thoroughly to prevent the spread of any virus or germs

Great location

We had a great time in Ocean City, the house was decorated for Christmas which was so kind. I had technical difficulties with the app that made it impossible to for me to connect with the owner. My chat didn't work. Not the owners fault at all. I would say we did not have enough toilet paper, dishwashing detergent or paper towels for our stay. Otherwise the house was stocked and perfect for what we needed.

Lovely

This old Victorian has a lot of charm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location was terrific. This kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens we’ve ever seen for a rental. Loved the morning sun on the front porch. Nice big dining room table and additional seating in the breakfast room off the kitchen. Lots of nice touches and happy to have linens and towels included. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Late summer getaway

The pics do not do the property justice. It was just fantastic. The primary bedroom is wonderful, the walk in closet was a surprise. The grill worked perfectly, the fire pit was also great. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The ACME was close. I wish we would have came a few weeks sooner as all of the boardwalk stores were not open when advertised. We took the liberty of loging out of all the streaming services left by previous guests. Maybe leave that reminder somewhere, or maybe it was written down but there were quite a few accounts that were still logged in. The range/oven could use an update but worked. The washer/dryer shook the entire house! Overall everything was great hopefully we will be back earlier in the summer next year as it rained everyday but Wednesday. Thank you for having us it was a much needed getaway back to the beach we took our boys to every summer for the 5 years we lived in Philly. Hope to see you soon

Wonderful house we were traveling with our daughter her family and her dog we loved the house clean great location and the kitchen had everything you need to cook I was pleasantly surprised we plan on going back next year.

Post Labor Day

Beautiful old home within walking distance to the boardwalk and Beach. It was a very nice week with plenty of room for a large family. We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality!

I grew up with my summers down in Ocean City where we rented a couple weeks at a time. The youngest of six kids we did pretty well having our vacations down here. We had big family gatherings, beautiful days at the beach, and the nightlife of walking the boardwalk. My mother always loved Ocean City, I told her one day I would own a house down here. This place makes me feel close to her. Its a beautiful house and a dream of mine come true. Its just simple, i want to share the joy of the Shore home with all of you in hopes that you find the magical in Ocean City, N.J. as we did as a children and as we still do.

This property is 4 blocks from the beach and boardwalk, right next to the Tabernacle church whom hosts weekly farmers' market event during the summer season, and Ocean City Skateboard Park. Conveniently close to the shopping district of Asbury Avenue, which is one block behind this house. Fun Summer Events held weekly on OC boardwalk and Asbury Avenue.
