Sublime villa architect fully air-conditioned, tastefully decorated in a modern style and located on the hills of Rayol-Canadel-sur-Mer.

The ground floor is large and has a spacious living / dining room, with fully equipped open kitchen
Very large sliding French windows lead to the main terrace and the garden. There is also a loggia for outdoor lunches sheltered from the sun.
On this floor, two double bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and sea views. Child's room with 2 single beds, and its own bathroom. Two separate toilets.

On the floor, two double rooms and a room with simple bed + a bed of extraction. Shower room and separate toilet. The two double bedrooms have magnificent views of the sea and Cape Negro. The master suite has a large bathroom and a private terrace, perfect for sunbathing in front of the islands.

On the mezzanine: flat screen connected to the satellite.

The large bay window of the living room opens onto a terrace with lawn.
An infinity pool 10 x 5m with a spectacular sea view extends this terrace. It feels like swimming in the sea ... The pool is protected by a shutter and can be heated.

The garden of 2000m2 is completely fenced and filled with Mediterranean species: arbutus, olive trees, mimosas, fig trees, umbrella pines, etc.

A bowling green is located behind the villa and also allows you to play ping-pong.

Jaw Dropping View in an elegant Villa

We spent one week in this lovely villa and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The villa is even better than pictured in the photos. We renamed the living room as the viewing room, as each day we would spend time relaxing with a wine in our hands, looking out the window at the spectacular views. The sunset over the infinity pool is unforgettable. The villa resides in a calm residential area, the privacy together with the breath taking view is a supreme luxury. The interior design shows style and elegance. Its a little architectural jewel. Bravo to the architect. I would hire him for my next house any time! We will definitely come back and cannot recommend this place enough. The hosts, Bettina and Jean, were helpful in every way. We enjoyed the best of times in an unforgettable place! We would definitely recommend the apartment.
