The villa overlooks the small hamlet of Peylaren which is located in the town of Euzet, a small village of 330 souls, bordered by cities of art and architecture such as Uzes (18 km), Nimes (30km), Avignon (56 km) or Arles (66 km).

Totally fabulous villa !

Sorry for the late review .... finally got round to writing one but hopefully in time to recommend villa to anyone planning their 2016 vacation ! This was our first time using Homeaway site so we were very pleased to have found the perfect villa with extremely lovely owners Thierry and Alain, who were very trust worthy, responded to all our little queries promptly . They were perfect hosts. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 kids and having driven all the way from UK ( 14 hours) we were extremely delighted to be welcomed by the owners , who were very friendly and informative. The villa was stunning, just as good as the photos if not better, with immaculate pool and well furnished rooms and tastefully decorated interior. We stayed for 2 weeks during which time we felt completely at home . The villa was clean well stocked and equipped especially in kitchen with a very nice Nespresso machine etc. The weather in July was unusually hot even for South of France ... in fact was a heatwave with temperatures reaching 38 degrees so it was a little too hot some nights to sleep in the upstairs bedrooms despite the bedrooms all having cooling fans. But don't let that put you off coming !. Downstairs rooms remained nice and cool , and always great to have pool to cool off in. This is the perfect place if you are looking for peace, quiet and quality family time . it is also a great base from which you can explore the amazing Languedoc and Provence region. You definitely need a car to get round ! Uzes is only about 20 mins and we usually went there every day to eat, shop etc. further afield Avignon, the Camargue, Nimes, Pont du Gard .. so many beautiful places to visit , and always the reassurance of nice villa to come back to for restful evening and barbeque next to the pool which we did pretty much every evening ( when not eating out in Uzes.) . I have no problems giving this a 5 star as its one of our best holidays !!!!!!! Thanks Thierry and Alain.x

Sehr schöner Urlaub in tollem Ambiente

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern zwei Wochen hier. Das Haus ist stilvoll eingerichtet, die Küche top ausgestattet und der Pool super. In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Wir hatten sehr gute Gastgeber und Marcus als Host vor Ort war immer für uns erreichbar. Wir können einen Urlaub hier sehr empfehlen!

Nice stay, clean house, well equiped

We booked the house for 10 days. Marcus gave us a warm welcome and was available when necessary. The house was well equiped, lots of kitchen tools, also nice to have an outdoor kitchen! We enjoyed our stay very much!
