36 (flat 1) Northdown Street, has just been renovated and is our beautiful maisonette on the ground floor and garden levels and is part of a Victorian terrace.

It is 60sq/m and can sleep up to 6 people. It has a newly fitted main bathroom (January 2016) which has a bath tub and shower along with an en-suite bathroom with another shower (to the master bedroom) with a 4ft6 wide double bed in the master bedroom and 4ft wide bed in the 2nd bedroom which leads onto the small patio which has a bistro table and 2 chairs.

We have a sofa bed which accommodates 2 people. It has a fully equipped designer kitchen with all mod-cons along with having a dish washing machine (NB there is no washer / dryer machine - there is a self-service along with a service wash laundry facility around the corner (@ 1 Stop Wash, 100 Caledonian Road, N1 9DN / 020 7837 4997). It has a large open plan kitchen / dining room with a dishwasher / TV/DVD and has a sofa bed which can accommodate 2 people.

SAVINGS ON ALL REMAINING DAYS THIS MAY 2017

All the flats are in a quiet side road with restricted one way traffic 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross St Pancras station (zone 1) with its excellent transport facilities. Most central London destinations are a 10 minute tube ride away. The British Museum is in walking distance and the British Library is around the corner. The apartments are located in Central London moments from King's Cross and the Eurostar hub at St. Pancras, with many restaurants, bars and cafés on our doorstep including the longest champagne bar in Europe (in the International station), canal side strolls, and easy access to seeing all the sights.

Flat 34 & Flat 36 (1,2,3 and 4) have been renovated and freshly repainted in 2016. All the apartments have a equipped kitchen, a real bathroom and confortable beds.

Re 36 (flats: 2: 3 & 4):

There’s a banister / handrail and 8 treads on each flight with:

16 stairs to 36 (flat 2)

32 stairs to 36 (flat 3)

46 stairs to 36 (flat 4)

NB All the apartments are non-smoking; there is no disabled access and no elevator.

NB The apartment comes with linen towels and bedding: The Wi-Fi, central heating, electricity and water costs are included within the price quoted.

We can provide a high-chair, travel cot and bedding if required.

NB The cleaning Fee (50£) is by week and not by journey.

NB Extra days are on average between 175£ and 185£.

Clean apartment, easy access from Paris, easy communication with an owner

I would recommend this apartment especially for short stay. Surrounding is not the nicest you could imagine but proximity of the international train station, easy access to London's tourists attractions and apartment itself made our stay a very pleased experience. Thank you

Cozy apartment

It was home away from home. Our host Debbie was very helpful by providing us details of the apartment and how to get there. The apartment was very cozy. Newly renovated, and very welcoming. It's location was awesome. We are close to shops and the King's Cross tube station was only a walk away. We highly recommend this apartment.

KINGS CROSS IS A UNIQUE AND MAJOR TRANSPORT HUB IN CENTRAL LONDON for national and International travel (there’s six subway lines and buses}. Easy access to all stations and the apartment is 1 hour away to all major London airports. The apartment is close to Islington/shops. The City of London, West End and all Zone 1 destinations are accessible in 10 minutes by underground.

It’s 5 minutes to the British Library / Museum. 10 Mins to the City and London's West End with its fabulous shopping on Oxford St & Regent St, theatres, art galleries and landmarks-Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Big Ben. 10 minutes to Covent Garden with its street theatre, opera house and shopping Piazza. 10 minutes to The City of London, with its famous buildings incl.
