Spacious and Generally Well Equipped

Nice property in a good and quiet location. Let down by some poor communications, inaccurate important arrival information and water not turned on! Various maintenance issues need attention of which we will inform the owner. Note. No bedding or towels are provided. This is not pointed out in the listing but we found out by reading a previous review. Also there is no wi-fi which is unusual in a holiday let nowadays. Again this is not mentioned in the listing. We would consider hiring the property again if we thought the shortcomings had been addressed.

Excellent!

We are just back after a great stay in this apartment in Calella. The apartment was exactly as described, although I think that the description of the terrace should be enhanced as it was a fantastic large terrace overlooking the pool with comfy sofas and a table and chairs! All the facillities were as described and we had a wonderful relaxing stay. The pool area with the woodland at the side for shade when needed is great! We love staying in Calella de Palafrugell, our fouth time and we thought this apartment was a really good good base for Calella's beaches and restaurants. We would definately recommend this place to everyone although don't go expecting air conditioning or wifi. But a lovely nice quiet place to get away from it all! The couple who looked after the apartment are really nice and helpful. They even turned up to meet us at 11.00pm after our flight was delayed so very accomondating! Enjoy the apartment! Lovely property, great location, helpful owners

Such a great stay here. The property has all you need in a lovely quiet setting with superb pools and wooded garden, and a close enough distance to the town and sea, but quiet. Perfect for us as coupe with 4 year old son. The roof terrace is wonderful, owners very helpful, and the help from the local young couple who help to look after the property was faultless and very warm and firendly. Highly recommended.
