This neo Basque style house is spread over two levels: the ground floor (100 m2) we offer to rent for 6 people, is located in the center of Biarritz in a quiet area. It is bright, spacious, fully renovated, 1 km from the beach and 15 min walk from downtown. The terrace with plancha and garden furniture allow you to enjoy meals with family outdoors to enjoy the sunshine and the fresh air of Biarritz. Children can play in the fenced plot of 900 m2.
The electrical appliances of last generation and you can easily park your car in front of the property in a quiet street in the non paid parking. The interior meanwhile includes:
- 3 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed, another with 1 double and 1 single bed and one with 1 single bed.

Location Biarritz

Rez-de-chaussée d'une maison : très fonctionnel, propreté irréprochable. Taille du jardin appréciée. Pour 2 adultes et un chien. 4 personnes seraient un maximum. 6 certainement pas. La porte du réfrigérateur ne ferme pas complétement, les 2 tire-bouchons devraient être changés, craquement du plancher à l'étage supérieur qui peut être un peu dérangeant pour certaines personnes. Bon souvenir de cette location. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Impossible de garer la voiture

Villa est clôturé. Mais la gestion du portail ce fait par le propriétaire qui vie au dessus. Il laisse ouvert quand il perd son chien Il l’ouvre pour faire garer c est invité ( véhicule garer à cheval dans la propriété et trottoir) Nous n avons pas pu laisser le petit jouet dehors Et sortir notre chien sans surveillance. De plus c est impossible de garer le véhicule à proximité . Nous avons demandé au voisin il nous on confirmé que c est toujours comme ça en juillet et août.( une grosse rayure sur notre véhicule location ) Nous sommes partis 2 jours plus tôt car le craquement du plancher du voisin de déçu faisait peur au petit de 3 ans. ( on ne pouvait pas les empêcher de marcher) Villa trop chère 23oo euro la semaine Pour tous ses inconvénients Bonne continuation Famille Nege

Het huis (benedenverdieping) heeft een ideale ligging in Biarritz en is ideaal met honden, vooral door de omheinde tuin.

Belle location très bien située

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cette location en rez-de-chaussée. Elle est très bien située et proche de tout. Le quartier est très calme. L'arrivée fut très facile et le petit panier garni à été très apprécié ! La plaque de cuisson était assez longue à chauffer... peut-être est-ce à vérifier. Nous aurions aussi aimé avoir des flûtes à champagne pour trinquer à la nouvelle année mais ce n'est qu'un détail ! Dans l'ensemble, la location est vraiment chouette... Merci pour cet accueil !
