Maravilhoso

Foi tudo perfeito. O apartamento é muito bem localizado e equipado. Estava tudo muito limpo. A lavanderia no condomínio é um conforto. A Neusa foi sempre muito solícita e muito gentil. As pessoas do condomínio são muito educadas. Foi uma estadia muito agradável.

apartamento muito bem localizado, perto de shopping, hospitais, lotéricas, bancos, supermercado. restaurantes. bairro e prédios muito seguro. moramos 2 meses e nao temos do que reclamar, somente elogiar. apartamento completo, tudo novo e limpo, muito bem ventilado. a proprietario Sra Neusa, sempre presente e disposta a ajudar no que for preciso. com certeza indico o local e retornarei.

Conforto e praticidade em excelente bairro.

Fiquei neste apartamento por 2 meses. É um apartamento aconchegante, bem mobiliado, confortável e o Condomínio tem bom serviço de lavanderia e porteiros muito atenciosos. Escolhi este apartamento também pela ótima localização, pela proximidade do Shopping Diamond que supre muito bem as necessidades de alimentação e pela vaga de garagem que é grande, livre e independente. A recepção da internet é ótima assim como da TV a cabo. Recomendo.

Ótimo apartamento e local privilegiado

Apartamento com mobiliário funcional, bonito e confortável. O bairro é ótimo, tem ruas e avenidas largas e bem cuidadas, prédios modernos e fica perto do Mercado Central , do MinasCentro e do Shopping Diamond Agradeço aos porteiros e funcionários da lavanderia do prédio a forma educada e atenciosa que nos atendeu. É um apartamento de classe. Recomendo.
