The villa is located 10 minutes from Avignon in Provence, called the "city of the popes" because of the presence of the popes from 1309 to 1423, one of the few French cities to have preserved its ramparts, its historic center, comprising the palace Popes, the Episcopal complex, the Rocher des Doms and the Pont d'Avignon. It has been classified as World Heritage by UNESCO. The renown of its festival, the Avignon Festival, a true artistic and cultural showcase for the city, has far exceeded French borders.
Nîmes, the Roman city, 20 minutes by car, preserves remarkable and exceptional monuments such as the Arenas, the Maison Carrée or the Magne tower at the foot of which is the splendid Sanctuary of the Fountain. This rich ancient past earned him the nickname "French Rome".
The Pont du Gard, 15 minutes away, admirably integrated within a natural site which has kept its wild charm, fascinates each of its visitors with its elegance and majesty. Two millennia after its construction, this ancient building is still a true masterpiece, as much for its technical prowess as for its simple beauty. It spans the Gardon river where swimming is so pleasant.
The medieval town of Uzès, 30 minutes away, will seduce you with its charm and authenticity. Take advantage of your stay to appreciate the unique atmosphere that reigns in its medieval alleys and secret gardens, discover the surprising history of its Ducal castle and its Renaissance mansions. As you walk, the elegance of its shaded squares, the freshness of its centuries-old fountains will certainly seduce you. Every Saturday is held a market whose reputation has long since crossed the limits of the region.
The village of Tavel, 10 minutes away, overlooks the Rhône at the heart of what is known as the 'Rhone valley'. It is the cradle of a well-known wine that bears the name of the village, Côtes du Rhône cru and the first rosé in France.

Located in the heart of the Alpilles, Saint Rémy de Provence is one of the must of Provence. Seduced by the setting and the atmosphere of the city, a number of writers, painters and musicians have taken up residence there. At the gates of the city, important vestiges of the prosperous Gallo-Roman city were unearthed on the ancient site of Glanum. In the lively streets of the city center, you will discover the magnificent facades of mansions from the 17th and 18th centuries. The beautiful properties around Saint-Rémy and the shaded terraces of Place Jean-Jaurès have also been hosting part of the show biz for several years.
The village of Les Baux de Provence is located in the heart of the Alpilles on a rocky plateau at 245m. It overlooks exceptional landscapes over Arles, the Camargue and the Alpilles and offers breathtaking panoramas. The Citadel of Baux located at the end of the village is a must. The site covers 7 hectares and allows you to discover the main vestiges of the tumultuous past of Les Baux de Provence.
Fontaine de Vaucluse is probably one of the most visited natural sites in Vaucluse. This success is mainly due to the very impressive spring which gushes out at the foot of a 230m high cliff. This gigantic fountain is the most powerful in France (and the fifth in the world) with an annual water flow of 630 million cubic meters.
Standing on the edge of the Vaucluse plateau, Gordes is one of the star villages of the Luberon where many celebrities and artists have taken up residence. Its dry stone houses of white or gray color line up in a spiral around the rock on which the village rests with at its summit the church and the castle which face the hills of the Luberon.

Lived up to expectations.
A very nice property, and very nicely furnished, there’s a nice big garden for the small children to play in and a nice shaded area to eat outside, the pool area has some trees where you can lounge under out of the sun.

Sejour parfait
