Very large and welcoming apartment, professionally designed and upgraded, with 3 huge bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Located in the secure and upscale Porto Cupecoy complex of Condos, marina, shops gourmet grocery, and some of the finest restaurants on the island. Convenient to both the French and Dutch sides...right on the border in the Lowlands. Nearest beach is right across the street, Cupecoy Beach, and Mullet Bay and Maho Bay are not far away. The French side beaches are also easily accessed as well.
The complex has a large walk in resort pool, tennis and fitness center. The apartment has covered designated parking and there are elevators right to the entry door and the ruin is conveniently all on one level. There is a large breezy patio with lovely view over Porto Cupecoy to the lagoon and sea.
