The bed and breakfast El Litoral is located in Coronado in Panama, at 1 hour from the Capital.
Some will arrive from PTY airport ( 1hour and 30 minutes from us) other will arrive at Rio Hato airport at only 30 minutes of Coronado. Let us know and we could help you to find a pickup from the airport.
We offer full comfort in a very peaceful house that you will have to share in a very nice environment with a maximum of 2 persons per room .
Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, you can also take advantage of your stay to restore your balance. We offer in our home yoga 3 times a week , pilates and massages.

A place to find your Zen and tranquility

If you are looking for a party pad, move on. Ann-Marie's place is geared for you to rest, relax, and decompress from the rat race of your homeland. Very nice place with all the amenities you need to rest and relax. Ann-Marie, her husband Rene, and their son Vincent go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Ann-Marie made us amazing and healthy breakfasts each morning on the open air terrace in her open air kitchen. The bedrooms were a nice size with very comfortable beds and the bathrooms were clean. They have a dog, a cat, a parrot, and a canaries if you need additional conversation in your visit. Bring Benedryl if you have pet allergies. The pool is a very nice size and clean with the temperature running at 30 celsius in March. They have pool towels available if you left yours at home. The open air living room with approx 55" Smart TV allows you to listen to music or watching Netflix. We watched a movie with their son Vincent one evening. He is an awesome kid! We felt like part of the family. Ann-Marie offers Yoga, Pilates, and Massages right there on her property in a covered area for a small fee. All three of the family were a wealth of information if you are here for vacation or shopping for a home. "We will be back"

Wonderful stay in the heart of Coronado!

From the moment I arrived at El Litoral I felt the welcome of Panama! The owners, Anne-Marie and Renee, are perfect hosts...they've made their home a perfect oasis. They have a wonderful backyard area with a pool, an outdoor living room and kitchen.. Anne-Marie teaches yoga in their backyard studio as well. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and there are a few restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance also. If you don't feel like walking you can catch the local bus or taxi right outside their front door. The bedroom I stayed in was very nice. Spacious, yet intimate. The bed was very comfortable. If you are interested in a staying in a wonderful home-like environment then El Litoral is the answer! Viva Panama!
