I´ts a one bedroom luxury apartment with a great ocean and city view, in the balcony it has a bar and a terrace where you can enjoy any time of the day. The building is right in front of Avenida Balboa, with two social areas, with pools, jacuzzi, gym, sauna, baskeball, squash etc. On the first floor it has a really renowned restaurant where you can find delicious meals all day long. From the apartment you can either walk or take a $3 taxi to the incredible Casco Viejo a colonial city right in town. I assure you´ll have a great time.
