Super place to stay in Batignolles

Excellent communication and help on arrival from Catherine who is a charming host. A very quiet clean apartment with a charming garden. A comfortable bed and well equipped kitchenette. Lots of local stores, bars and restaurants in a safe residential area also nearby to metro stations and buses. Highly recommended!

Excellent base for exploring Paris

The communication with the owner was excellent, both online and in person. The property is very comfortable, and in a lovely neighbourhood. Highly recommended.

Great weekend

A great weekend away with friends in this lovely apartment. It was clean, well stocked and ideal for the 3 of us. We walked everywhere from the apartment which was well placed with plenty of restaurants nearby too. There were Metro stations within easy reach but we were fortunate to have great weather so didn’t use it. Would definitely return to this apartment in the future, Catherine was a friendly and helpful host. Thank you for making my first trip to Paris so enjoyable.

Delightful Apartment

The apartment is well situated, clean, all facilities in full working order and we received a warm welcome from the owner. Lots of small additions such as toiletries, coffee capsules for the coffee machine, some breakfast items for the first day and so on. I will certainly make this my first port of call when I go to Paris again (if it isn't already booked due to a series of positive reviews like this !).

This choice was a total success.

We enjoyed a short stay in Paris. The accommodation was 10; spacious rooms for a family and well equipped. The relationship with Kat was exquisite (recommendations for any needs). We specially remember a “boulangerie” just a couple of minutes away to enjoy a delicious french “croisants”, bread, … The apartment is well connected (bus and metro) to visit Paris. Therefore, the choice was a total success.
