Beautifully furnished NEW (2016) 2 Bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo with views of Medano Beach. This gorgeous end-unit Penthouse with wrap around ocean view balcony PLUS a private rooftop deck with jacuzzi, bar, loungers & dining table, luxury linens, fully-stocked kitchen for gourmet meals, large ss BBQ for your grilling pleasure. Sip your morning coffee on your balcony, watch the fireworks from your jacuzzi on your private rooftop deck. And of course the penthouse has a dedicated property manager/ concierge that can arrange ground transportation, golf excursions, activities, dinner reservations, in unit massages, and much more. . We're located on the 6th floor in an elevator building. Onsite are two large swimming pools, free underground parking. We have FREE Hi-Speed WiFi and all the high end finishes you would want in a vacation home like granite countertops, marble floors, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge and large Flat Screens with smart TVs .

The Master suite has ocean views and opens to the balcony. The master bath has dual sinks, jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The spacious guest bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be made into 1 king bed upon request. The large guest bathroom has huge walk-in shower. Your condo is setup and fully equipped for every need with an in-unit washer and dryer. This condo has everything-- hair dryers, iron, toiletries, luxurious extra large towels and sheets.

Medano beach is a short walk to the end of the road. It is one of the few swimmable beaches and is perfect for all types of water sports. When you step onto the beach you'll have a myriad of activities to do: jet skis, SU Paddle boards, kayaks, water taxis (takes you to Lovers Beach or to the Marina in town). the beach is lined with bars and restaurants. Lounge on the beach while your waiter brings you a old beer or margarita. THE BEST! Don't miss the fun at Mango Deck or the craziness at The Office.

Just step outside the gates of this completely secured complex with 24/7 Security and you are one block to the Medano Beach and walking distance from shops and restaurants. If you want to explore the town it's about a 15 min walk to the center (or a 5 min taxi). Enjoy morning and evening walks along the miles of beach. We love to have Happy Hour at Tabasco's and watch the sunset on the beach.

Amazing condo with great views

My family had a wonderful time!! Hugo was extremely helpful and quick to respond if we had any questions. The condo was centrally located with a surprisingly short walk to the beach. Highly recommend staying here!!

So much better than a resort or hotel

This place couldn’t have been better for us. It’s walking distance to the beach, as well as downtown Cabo. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go. Great views, rooftop hot tub, and kitchen were all a huge plus. We will definitely be back!

Great place, great location

We just enjoyed a week here and will be renting again. Communication with Hugo (property manager) was outstanding and the place was clean, welcoming, and well stocked. The chairs, cooler, and umbrella for the beach were much appreciated. The location couldn't be better. 2 minute walk to the beach and less then 10 minutes to the marina. Highly recommend!

Relaxing luxury vacation with a view!

Very clean condo with plenty of space and privacy! Close to the beach but walking distance to the fun! Easy access to Uber if walking is not preferred. Rooftop privacy was great to relax in the sun. We had everything we needed. We would definitely book this condo again.

Why they chose this property

Medano Beach embodies Cabo San Lucas. It's one of the few swimmable beaches in Cabo and this condo is close to the beach and town. We selected the end unit penthouse because of the location and great views. The private rooftop deck is huge and amazing with jacuzzi, etc. We love to go up there at night and watch the fireworks coming from the beachfront resorts. Great to chill in the jacuzzi after long day of ocean fun.
