These modern air-conditioned luxury one bedroom beach front apartments sleep 4, and are situated directly overlooking the famous Praia Da Rocha beach.

It has a double granite top kitchen and bathroom. It is equipped with a new washing machine, microwave, stainless steel hob, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, cutlery, crockery etc. including champagne glasses and ice bucket to enjoy sun-downers on the aluminium furniture on the balcony overlooking the beach.

The air-conditioned bedroom has two single beds and a private veranda also overlooking the beach.

The lounge has 2 double sleeper couchs a dining room suite and TV cabinets.

The infamous Casino and night-clubs are in walking distance, and so is the new international marina.

The apartment is right in front of the most famous beach on the Algarve and has two swiming pools on the 1st floor.. Close to the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, a sports centre, scuba diving, historic sites, cinema, shopping areas.

Boat trips to visit the local coastal caves are available at the yacht marina, a 10 min walk. The infamous night life is only a 10 min walk. 20 restaurants within a 5 min walk.

Less than 20 minutes drive away you will find wine farms, climbing sites, mountain biking, horse riding, a zoo-marine and a theme park.

Praia da Rocha beach view apartment

View of the beach and ocean from living room and bedroom was wonderful. Convienently located with a short walk to Beach, Supermarket, ATM, Tourist information and Shops. Very nice apartment, clean and well equipped.

Handover person friendly and very helpful.

Owner amicable and a pleasure to meet. Hope to return soon.

Had a lovely time. The apartment is near everything you need. It was very well equipped and clean, lots of space, great views from the balcony. Aubrey who met us on arrival was very helpful.

The location can no be better, plus the beautiful view from the terrace, and the living room.

The apartment have every thing that may need to enjoy your stay, specially the parking spot . It is suny and quite. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning in the terrace in front of the beach.
