This exquisite ocean harbor property is the perfect location for making long-lasting family vacation memories.

Blue Water Vista is a three-story house which consists of Blue Water Vista Upper (the top two floors) and Blue Water Vista Lower (the lowest floor of the property). THIS LISTING IS FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE.

This property offers access to a beautiful, in-ground, salt water PRIVATE POOL that is open ALL YEAR. The pool can be heated during the "Off-Season." Pool heating fee is required.

HOT TUB now available all year round!

The BOAT DOCK is directly in front of the property across the street (approx. 30 seconds walk). You have use of 1 boat slip up to 28ft length. This boat dock access is shared, with you having private use of the north side (right -hand side looking from street) only. Power and water to the dock is included. Seating is now available on the dock.

The Atlantic Ocean is a 3-minute walk. Many beach items, chairs, toys etc. are kept in garage for guests to use including a pull cart for ease of use.

Living Room TV now has Disney+, Hulu and ESPN+. All TV's are SMART or have Roku.

Nice and roomy able to spread out using all three floors, everyone enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Weather was great we spent a lot of time on the balcony.

Beautiful Large Space

Beautiful property with plenty of room for 26 guests. We had a little trouble with the kitchen ovens, but we were able to resolve it by finding the circuit breaker. Not the fault of the property owner, but we experienced King tides which made us have to park a few streets over and wade through water to get to the unit. We loved that it is so close to the beach and and a short drive to so many restaurants. We hope to bring the girls team in the spring.

Youth Beach Trip

Our stay here was phenomenal. It was a great amount of space for our stay. The location was perfect near a family-friendly beach and yet plenty to do nearby. Only 30 minutes from Wilmington. The property manager was quick to respond. The post clearly and accurately represented the property. I would highly recommend booking this location.

I am from England having grown up close to the ocean and every year going on vacation to seaside resorts as a child around the coast of England. I moved to the USA in 2005 and missed the ocean so much I went searching for a place to fall in love, with truly amazing views and high quality fittings that I could live in…Blue Water Vista!
My background is customer service and I remember how I felt when I used to rent a beach house holding my breath when entering thinking ‘please, please, please be like the advertising pictures’…wanting that “Wow” feeling when you walk through the door as it meets your expectation, well that is Blue Water Vista! I also understand the importance of consistent customer service, quality of fittings and most important cleanliness and fresh updated look.
