This is our Paris home away from home and we are delighted to share it with you!

We offer all our guests complimentary pick up from CDG, Orly or the various Paris train stations. You will love this service!

Our 70m2 renovated left bank flat is on the 5th floor with elevator, a balcony and a lot of daytime sunlight. Located in a very safe and authentic Parisian neighborhood with a lively Marché (farmers market) every Wednesday and Sunday just up the street. The fully equipped modern "American Kitchen" features a gas range, stove, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. An ideal spot for any foodie looking to maximize their culinary experience while in Paris. And it's a short walk to the Eiffel Tower!

The apartment is one block from the bustling Rue du Commerce. Here you will find everything you need for your authentic Parisian stay: cheese shop, butcher, green grocer, many cafes, a park, wine shops, boutique shopping and of course multiple bakeries to choose from. All excellent!

Enjoy a beautiful walk to the Eiffel Tower or take the metro to the heart of the city in a quick 15 - 20 minute direct metro ride.

the apartment is as advertised, the check-in process was smooth despite our flight being cancelled and having to lose a day, and communication with the host was excellent. The neighborhood was great- would absolutely stay here again!

Fabulous light filled apartment in a lovely neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The owner was very helpful in providing information about the neighborhood and getting around to other parts of the city. The apartment was so comfortable and quiet that we ended up staying in more than we normally do when we travel. We hope to stay there again the next time we are in Paris.

Comfy and Spacious

If you're willing to be away from the tourist spots, this is a lovely place to stay. It is quite roomy and comfortable. While there was no closet, the bedroom had a dresser and plenty of space for us to store our suitcases on either side of the bed. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room, and having a separate dining room and table. The kitchen is quite well stocked, and came with both tea and coffee. Nearby Rue de Commerce has plenty of bakery, dining and shopping options. There is easy access to the Metro. The house guide has a list of restaurant recommendations that is quite helpful. Don't forget to check out the Rue de Grenelle market on Sunday morning! It was a very nice surprise that a limo from the airport was included in the price. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Home away from home

We had a wonderful time at this property. Our host Marie, did an amazing job communicating, arranging transportation and even had a greeter when we arrived to help us with our luggage and get set up. He took the time to make sure we were comfortable by explaining everything about the apartment. He also accompanied me to the Metro station to help purchase Navigo cards. The apartment is spacious, well thought out and extremely clean. Having a washer and dryer and especially the elevator were all added bonus’s. There are multiple Metro stations, bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants and various other shops all within a couple of minutes walking time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend staying here on a trip to Paris.

Great apartment in lovely neighborhood

Marie was a great host, arranging everything for us from airport pick up to departure transportation. She was very quick to reply, and answered any questions that we had in advance of our trip or during our day. The apartment is lovely, it’s been a great neighborhood with cheese shops, cafes, groceries. It is away from main stream Paris attractions; however, there is a great metro within a five minute walk that will get you anywhere.

What makes this property unique

Our building is in a French neighborhood not a tourist area. It is quiet at night and you will hear mostly French in the local cafes. It is an immersion experience! Perfectly located with great public transportation to quickly arrive anywhere in the city,. If you are a walker, then you will love walking toward the Seine to say hello to the Statue of Liberty as you head towards La Tour Eiffel, the Trocadero and Notre Dame.
