I first came to Ecuador in 1991 and worked here for two years. After raising my children in the states, I moved back here in 2013.
Why they chose this property
I absolutely love the area. This property was not listed for sale when I bought it. When I first saw it, I believed it was the most beautiful property on the coast of Ecuador. I still think it is.
What makes this property unique
Very large secure property. Spectacular property with well maintained gardens, two very nice pools, Jacuzzi, direct access to the beach. The guest houses are situated in a manner where guest can be as social or as private as they want.
