With central air, a large pool with a waterfront view, and no more than a ten minute drive to the happiest place on earth, this Florida home is a must! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is fully furnished with additional feature including a large screened in lanai pool, no extra cost laundry machines, and a flat screen television. The home has two twin beds, a queen, and a king size bed. The three bedrooms include end tables with drawers, & dressers. Access to the pool is available via the bathroom, living room, and from the Queen size bedroom. Outside - the view from the pool is breathtaking! You'll be glad you didn't miss this one and so will Mickey Mouse! A 24 hour Walmart Supercenter is at the end of the block at the left, right where you would turn into the estate from the main highway containing all major restaurants, theme parks, & attractions Central Florida has to offer.

Our villa is the perfect combination of wanting to be close to the excitement of all the attractions Central Florida has to offer and then coming home to unwind in peace and quiet. This home is located in a neighborhood that is a tropical oasis. You are 10 minutes from the happiest place on earth and you can relax in a beautiful screened in lanai that over looks a lake. There are ducks and other wildlife strolling by to enjoy. You can also fish there. At the end of the block less than a mile away is Rte.192 that boasts family restaurants and high end as well. There are so many choices you'll have trouble deciding. Entertainment of all types is abundant. Flyers are available at the villa to help you and we are a phone call away to answer any questions you may have. We have street security for your safety and we truly hope you decide to stay at our magical villa!!

True to the description, this villa was quiet, clean and comfortable. To the rear was a wooded area which provided the opportunity to sit by the pool and watch and listen to the wildlife which lived there - we spent a few evenings trying to identify the different sounds!. We only visited the Universal theme parks...about 35mins away with the traffic, but Disney is closer. The Walmart at the end of the road is very handy. The villa would benefit from some pool toys for younger kids, the wifi was unreliable on occasions and the lock on the door to the pool was poor. On the whole though, a good base for your Floridian exploits.

Lovely stay

We had a lovely stay at the villa, close distance to Disney parks. Kids loved the pool, perfect size for my 8 and 6 year old. Owners very responsive to any problems/questions.

A gem in a great location

Communication from start to finish was first class. The property itself is great - spacious and v.well equipped. The pool area is brilliant & private, the kids loved it and the whole area nice a quiet, but a short distance from everything you need. Condition of property is good, beds comfy and clean... Showers could do with a bit of TLC, but that's about it and nothing major, perfectly serviceable.

Perfect base for a family vacation

It is always a worry when booking holiday accommodation and you invest so much money time and energy choosing one to meet your needs not knowing if what you are going to get is what is reflected in the listing. In this case we very much felt what was listed was representative. The villa in our opinion was in a good state of upkeep it was very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfy with very clean bedding. The pool side furniture was of good quality and the pool was very clean. The games room was a huge hit with my youngest son. We had to shuffle things around in the kitchen to find space for our food but that as only because the kitchen was so well stocked! The area is fine. Mainly residential I think, very quiet with properties kept in good condition. So handy for both Walmart and Aldi just five minutes or less up the road. Took 25 mins to drive to the Disney parking lots. Lots of very interesting Disney, Harry Potter and titanic exhibits in the house which were really lovely to take a look at. Communication from this proprietor was amazing. We always felt someone was on hand. A great stay thanks so much.

Upset Doesn’t come close!!

We asked prior to booking if the pool was south facing,this was in January.The response was ‘yes the pool is south facing’.So we booked it,planned our holiday for 9 months,to chill by the pool due to health problems this was time to recharge the batteries. The issue being when we arrived after our 9 hour flight from the uk,arriving just gone 4pm the pool seemed to be in shade.Emailing the owner to ask what timings we would have the sun as our initial response upon arrival was disappointment. The response was that we would have the sun the majority of the day until late afternoon. The next day we had the sun from first light,so we knew it wasn’t south facing,downloading an app we found the pool was facing NE. By 14.15 all the sitting area was in the shade,there was a corner of the pool that remained in the sun till about 15.00.We emailed the owner again as I don’t know in who’s world 14.15 is classed as late afternoon! We did say if we had the finances we would leave. This holiday was 9 months in the planning.We had worked our finances and they didn’t cover a move elsewhere, but we felt so let down, our hard earned cash had been taken from us under false pretences!We felted robbed There was a large number of ant type bugs throughout the property,something I found disturbing as nothing felt clean. The response back was ‘good rule of thumb in Florida- keep the doors closed at all times bugs can get in’. The response regarding our comments of the pool:‘we’re sorry you’re unhappy about the sun, we always want our guests to have a wonderful vacation. We’ve never had this complaint before since the sun is there until late afternoon.Please let us know if you’re checking out’. Maybe someone hadn’t specifically asked the question before? it still doesn’t change that you took our money under false pretences and lied! To the point we probably won’t be able to go on holiday next year, as we will be still paying this one off, because of what we were told! The tv isn’t easy to use.the cover is coming off the sinks in the en-suite and you just see the rust. The pool mesh to protect you from bugs is coming away.It just looks tired To add insult to injury the morning that we were leaving,we had an email from the owners wishing us a safe journey home,and offering us two free nights as we had been great guests! Do you think by ruining 14 days that 2 days free are going to fix this?And why on Earth after you’ve taken our money by lying would we ever return
