Here in the heart of historical City of DIJON we operate a few properties all are of average/above average standards and most are exceptionally nice with antique/modern furniture and all modern conveniences.They are all within close proximity to appealing tourist attractions, public transport links and are all fully equipped with bedding, bath towels and kitchenware unless stated otherwise.

Our prices start from 97 euros per night for a super one bedroom apartment, for a two bedroom apartment from 140 euro for a 2/3 bedroom apartment with outdoor area

please note on arrival an end of cleaning fee will be asked for, price 70 euros.

Once you have answered the questions BEATRICE owner/manager will email back to you different options, photos and the full rental price for your exact dates.

We have been providing accommodation for guests for the past 18 years and know all our properties and landlords personally.

Most properties have a minimum stay period of 3 nights but exceptions are possible on request, please ask Beatrice if possible just for 2 nights.

Once Beatrice knows your arrival time she will be at the apartment to show you around and the hand you over the keys.

Being in the heart of the historical city center of DIJON really no need for a car, everything at your doorstep!

If you do have a car then near all of the apartments there are underground car parks, price per day 8 euros if not 30 euros per week.

WHAT TO DO WHEN IN DIJON

Dijon is a lively City for sightseeing and for shopping, it is convenient, fun, safe and clean and can be pedestrian friendly.

From the Dijon tourist office take a walking tour by following the 'Owls trail' showing you its ancient town houses build from the 15thC, its museums Archaeological and Art, its fine churches and cathedral, its high class boutiques, wine and antique shops and afterwards relaxing in a wide selection of excellent Michelin restaurants and bistros from French, Italian, Marocon, Chinese, Spanish, Indian restaurants and not forgetting simple meals in bistros, cafés and crêperies.

A must is a trip to the fresh market on Tuesday, Friday & Saturday mornings where the best produce is on display from the region for you to buy and then for you to take back to the apartment to prepare.

Not to be missed the historical and botanical parks in the city centre of Dijon, lake Kir where there is a small safe beach and a beautiful park to visit.

UNESCO wine slopes with it’s famous wine villages

Wine is unquestionably Burgundy's best known product.

Head south towards Beaune passing through famous wine villages Gevrey Chambertin, Close de Vougeot, Nuits St Georges, Corton, Meursault, Volnay etc. In these small wine villages you'll find an Auberge where you can sample some of the local menus, Boeuf Bourguignon, Coq au Vin, poached eggs in a wine sauce etc at the same time wine tasting.

'15 Amiral Roussin is beautifully situated on one of the chic streets of Dijon. The Centre Ville is medieval: you'll be living in the Middle Ages! Bea says that the basement of our building is 9th century! You can reach most of what is interesting in the Centre Ville on foot from here..................................................Bea and Max have been superb! They are among the most responsive business people I have ever known!

After 3 weeks of travel which included Paris, London, Budapest & Amsterdam, we planned to relax in DijON and we did, Dijon is a city that is easily manageable on foot with anything you want or need easily accessible. The apartment gave us a chance to slow down and enjoy French culture..............

A Cosy Little Haven in Dijon

This property is ideally situated to be able to open the front door and walk around Dijon. The heating is perfect and having the kitchen means you can go and buy groceries to eat at the apartment. There are 2 bathrooms which is very convenient for a family. Beatrice the owner is very helpful and provides her phone number in case you need to contact her. We were out of phone contact before we went to France and could not contact Beatrice via HomeAway. We had to ask a relative in England to contact her by phone. Increased communication with HomeAway would have been helpful.

I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to have a relaxing time discovering Dijon and as a bonus there is a boulangerie across the road from the property.

Great Pace to Stay

This studio apartment is ideal for one or two people wishing to explore this charming city with its fantastic restaurants,great museums and pleasant atmosphere. Everything you could possibly want was provided (including a great restaurant guide which I made good use of) and the position of the apartment was ideal. I used public transport and found plenty to do to keep me amused for a week. Dijon and the apartment are both well worth a visit.

Essere a casa...

Bellissimo appartamento (le prime tre foto dell'annuncio) con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Noi eravamo in 3 e siamo stati comodissimi. L'appartamento è provvisto di tutto ed è tutto perfettamente funzionante e di ottima qualità. Pulito e accogliente. Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti ed approfittato per fare un lavaggio dei panni: ottima lavatrice e asciugatrice! Uscendo sulla sinistra c'è una panetteria con una incredibile varietà di pani e dolci (e salati) ... C'è anche una creperia con orari comodi (d'estate è aperta fin dopo le 22) che però non abbiamo provato. La piazza centrale è a 2 passi. Tutto perfetto. Grazie ai proprietari per il bellissimo soggiorno.

Nearest Beach : lake kir just on the outskirts of DIJON at 2 Kilometres Car: not necessary

Dijon (350kms south of Paris), is the lively capital of Burgundy it has a prime location in France next major city en route for Lyon, Valence, Avignon, the Alps, Switzerland, Italy.

Paris CDG airport train direct to DIJON, if not every 2 hours a train from the Gare de Lyon to DIJON, a comfortable journey only 1hour 35 minutes.

From London, St Pancras to Paris

06 55hrs arrive in DIJON 13 10hrs (change in Paris)

08 32hrs arrive in DIJON 14 37hrs (change in Paris)

10 00hrs arrive in DIJON 16 05hrs (change in Paris) this is the most popular train!

Once you have arrived in Dijon by train then you can either walk to the apartment or take a taxi only a 5 - 10 mins drive.

If you arrive by car then near the apartments are excellent underground car parks with cameras price very reasonable, approx., 30 euros for 7 nights.
