About this property

Ideal location close to lifts and slopes. Convenient for shops bars and restaurants. Situated on the first floor with a lift. Two bedroom apartment with balcony - sleeps up to 6. Well equipped, Flat screen tv, free view channels, French tv channels, hi/fi, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. Separate bathroom and toilet. Bed linen included in price, winter only. No towels provided but can be hired as an extra please ask for details. Wi-Fi is now included in the price We prefer to run Sat to Sat but do sometimes take other changeover dates. Additional cost of £5.00 per night per person for the 6th person (to cover linen costs)
Cleaning is your responsibility and the if the apartment is not left in a good condition (as you would expect to find it) your cleaning deposit will be withheld. A general housepack is available and can be forwarded to you before you book for your perusal if you are seriously interested in booking. Please email us and it can be sent to you.

The apartment is available all year round. Tignes has a Glacier and there is summer skiing/golf/horseriding/walking and other mountain activities. For Our summer rates please note linen is not normally available in the Summer but duvet and pillows are provided. Should you want to hire linen our Management co can sometimes arrange but will require details at least a week before arrival.

Easy and pleasant stay

We were 5 people in the apartment (2 adults and 3 children) It was easy to rent the apartment, and both the owners and the property manager have been very easy and flexible to communicate with. The kitchen had all we could wish for - except a whisk. Location is great. walk out ... after less than 100 meters, you are on skis. When you ski home at night - aim for the Tovieres Square - from here is a small "green" ski-path toward the apartment. Ski rental, bakery, supermarket are all really close. Car parking requires a small stroll, but not unbearable :-)

Excellent apartment

This is a very well equipped apartment, and very clean and tidy. The location is great for the ski lifts in La Lavachet. The only problem we had was with parking as it’s not actually at the property and we only found this out a couple of weeks prior to our visit.

convenient, close to slopes, good size for family of 4 or 5

Lovely property, close to slopes and shops. Quiet although early in the morning the walls were quite thin so we could hear our neighbours. Close to the bus stop. Great kitchen, plenty of storage and lots of places to hang up drying snow clothes! The kids say thanks for the Wifi and especially thanks from me for letting me stay longer on the last day, due to an unexpected change of events.

Andy and I have owned this apartment for over 20 years.

With our two children we have been coming to Tignes for our holidays during the Winter and Summer for as long as I can remember.

We manage our bookings from our home in Bristol.

Why they chose this property

Wi fi is available as an extra cost - £15 or 20 Euros. Please advise if required.

As we said we stay ourselves several times a year so the apartment is maintained to a good standard.

In 2020 we have installed new double glazing throughout.

What makes this property unique

Tignes is a high altitude resort with a great coverage of ski runs, including a Glacier which is open in the Summer as well as in the Winter. The Espace Killy area covers you not only to ski in Tignes but the Val D'isere area too.
