This is one of 8 beautiful, brand new villas with mountain and sea views in the exclusive residential development of Bonaire. I can only feature 5 villas together here, but Villas 191, 193 and 200 are also available and identical to the 5 featured here. So always check availability because with 3 additional calendars not featured on HomeAway web sites there is always a chance we have availability in a non featured villa. Bonaire is located on the opposite side of Pollensa Bay to Puerto Pollensa and overlooks directly the famous Hotel Formentor.

Each villa has it's own private swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, (Properties 194 and 193 have four bedrooms) hot and cold air-conditioning, safe car parking, fully tiled outside terrace ( perfect for dining out) and fully fitted kitchen with laundry facilities. All the furniture, beds, bathroom fixtures and fittings are new.

If guests wish to book an appointment, for a FaceTime or video call so you can see the house in reality and the local area, this is possible. Just let me know the time at which you would like todo this and we will be at the house waiting. We believe there couldn't be anymore reassurance or confidence in booking with us, once you have seen the house and spoke with my son Elliot. He will show you just enough to whet your appetite and leave you yearning for a holiday with us in Mallorca.

Bathroom towels and beach towels are included.

We supply clean bed linen and towels after one week

if required.

This is a beautiful, brand new villa, newly furnished in 2011 and on a development of 14 exclusive, private residences

It has a wonderful location in the private, mostly residential and quiet hill top location of Bon Aire - overlooked by a house currently on sale for £40 million!!!

Bon Aire is on the opposite side of Pollensa Bay to Puerto Pollensa and overlooks directly the famous Hotel Formentor.

The villa has private swimming pool, 3 bedrooms, hot and cold air-conditioning, car parking, small outside terrace ( perfect for dining out) and fully fitted kitchen with laundry facilities. The furniture, beds, fixtures and fittings are new

At the bottom of the hill is a charming small port , a lovely safe beach a supermarket, bars and restaurants and the sea!

I have been renting my 8 villas in Bon Aire since I bought them in 2009. They are beautiful houses with views over Pollensa Bay.

Quiet and private in a very peaceful residential area yet only a few minutes drive from the beaches , bars and restaurants of Alcudia and Port Pollenca.

A group of 10 of us have just returned from staying at 2 of these Villas.

Firstly, the villas upon arrival are beautiful! Really modern, stunning decor, great taste in all aspects. We were over the moon with our choice of villa, the views fantastic.

I would really like to compliment Steve on his laid back approach. He completely left us to enjoy our holiday, which was great. We would return to the villas again as we had a great time. We felt really at home and welcome and that is a credit to him!

Arrivé avec ma «petite famille » nous avons été agréablement surpris par la villa. Tout étaient accessible, bien agencé et fonctionnels. Les enfants se sont bien amusé dans la piscine. Le propriétaire nous a bien accueilli et était sympathique. Je recommande vivement cette location.

In terms of value for money I think they are amongst the best in North Mallorca. So much so that I allow clients to pay the balance of their holiday on arrival - I am 100% confident that when clients arrive they will be more than delighted with their villa holiday.

Our 8 villas are perfectly located in a commanding position at the heart of Bonaire in a small exclusive development with wonderful views of the Tramuntana Mountains and the beautiful Bay Of Pollensa.

Bonaire and Es Mal Pas are quiet and prestigious residential areas, where 'well to do' Mallorquin families and Madrilenos have owned summer properties for generations. The surrounding hills feature some of the most expensive villas and chalets in the North of Mallorca - nestling amongst protected woodlands and nature reserves. In short the perfect location for a quiet, safe and peaceful family holiday.

The Marina and the sandy bays in Es Mal Pas, both just a few minutes walk away, lead to the Victoria Peninsular, with it's picnic areas under the shade of the Pine Trees, a cliff top restaurant and beach bar and the Monastery in the mountain side, that is now also a restaurant.

The Marina is small and friendly, with the Cocodrilo restaurant at the entrance gates to the marina itself. The new marina wall was re-built and re enforced, after that major storm that devastated Mallorca in 2002 and has undergone more improvements in 2009. There are several restaurants, a scuba diving centre and a little supermarket.

The beaches at Es Mal Pas are two sandy coves with wonderful snorkelling and clear, safe waters for children.

For those who want peace and tranquility, but without isolation and within just a few minutes drive of smart bars and restaurants then the location is perfect.

For those interested in golf, the famous Alacanada golf course, owned by the Porsche family, is literally on the other side of the headland, just a few minutes drive away. For ornithologists the area holds a wealth of birdlife all year round

with both resident species and migratory birds in abundance. (Last week I was watching an Ospreys fly over the villa)!

Keen cyclists already appreciate the challenges of the Mallorquin mountains and our villas make a perfect base

for touring in the North of the Island - local, professionally run cycle shops will go out of their way to supply all your cycling needs - even recommend routes around the island.

The road from Bon Aire leads first to Alcudia old town - approximately 5 minutes by car. Alcudia is a wonderful ' walled ' ancient town with wonderful shops, restaurants, Sunday street market and tapas bars. You'll also find 2 large supermarkets in Alcudia.

The larger Port of Alcudia with it's daily ferries to Ibiza and Menorca, a wider choice of bars, restaurants and nightlife is also just a few minutes away by car.

From each villa there is a view over Pollensa Bay to Puerto Pollenca itself and a day trip is highly recommended

(15 minutes drive by car)

8 villas are available - all of them are new, with the same high standard of furnishings, bathrooms, kitchen etc .

From May to October the sea fishing in Mallorca is exceptionally good.

Giant Tuna can be caught just a few miles out to sea along with swordfish.

In Pollensa Bay it is possible to catch Dorada, Dorado, Barracuda, Amberjack and

many other species of fish. Also Calamar.

For the keen Game Angler or families interested in a leisurely afternoon's fishing the seas around the North of Mallorca

are a fisherman's paradise.
