This Luxury End ground floor 2 bed 2 bathroom (sleeps 5, sofa bed) apartment, fully fitted integrated kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and fridge freezer. The accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds) and a sofa bed. Ample wardrobe & drawer space in both bedrooms with mirrors & hairdryer. 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite with Jacuzzi spa bath. Large lounge dining room with sofa, sofa bed, dining table, TV, DVD, CD player leading out to the large private terrace with table chairs & sun lounger. Private grass area which leads down to well maintained & manicured gardens, large swimming pool, children’s pool & secure children’s play area. Remote controlled air/con in both bedrooms & lounge/dining area, fully climate control

Linen & Bedding: There is a full maid service included, linen & bedding change once a week.

There is also a safe provided to keep passport & valuables.

All directions and instructions for the property were concise and correct. First impressions for it were very favourable. It is very roomy, clean and has everything you could need. The little private garden is very near the pool and there are ample sunbeds provided. The pool is very nice - one of the best we have had - and was very quiet and peaceful.

Only a minor criticism of the apartment - the main bathroom had no shower curtain so the water went everywhere and there were no hooks to hang towels on so they had to go outside. Apart from that everything was superb - would definitely stay there again.

It was a half hour walk to the Marina along some very nice walking paths which are flat - no hills. The little supermarket over the road was a bit limited but did the basics and there is another one about 15 minutes walk away going towards the centre. The local restaurant was good - and very reasonable - and was frequented solely by English people! Huge choice of restaurants in the marina but of course they are more expensive.

A hidden gem

After a glorious holiday from start to finish a review for others was required.

Full details were provided by the owner who was brilliant from start to finish. He provided great directions to the apartment given we had hired a car and wonderful tips for our holiday. He was even on hand immediately when we locked ourselves out (not my finest moment) by getting a spare key issued!!

The apartment was superb with loads of space for a family of four, from the well equipped kitchen to large outdoor seating area. Not only is the amount of space great, but the finish is brilliant with superb decor in all rooms and the most wonderfully comfortable sofas.

The ground floor gives even more room and provides the added advantage of quick and easy access to the fantastic swimming pool that really sets this complex apart from others in the Vilamoura area.

Whilst the location gives you the option of walking to the marina through the lovely walking paths there is also plenty of space for those with cars. With superb restaurants in both the Marina and the Old Village plus a variety within Quarteria and Vale Do Lobo there really is something for all budgets and desires.

Whilst not one to provide recomendations to others, this apartment is one where I have no hesitation to recommend.

Clean, well maintained,relaxing.

This was our second holiday staying at Condominio Do Golf 11 and we are already looking forward to returning in the near future. The apartment was very nice and everything you need for your holiday was catered for. Phil the owner supplied a welcome pack which was nice and he was very helpful if there were any queries. The pool are is so relaxing and Alex the pool attendant looks after this very well, making sure you have a sun bed when needed and generally is on hand to offer help in any way he can. It is a nice 25 min walk to the Marina and there is a small supermarket only 5 min walk. Highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a relaxing holiday with a good standard of accommodation.

Just returned today from a brilliant week at Vilamoura. The sun shone from beginning to end and the apartment was fantastic. Phil the owner was great to deal with and the apartment was bigger than we were expecting. Every evening we really enjoyed the 20 minute walk into Vilamoura along the tree lined path near to the apartment. The ground floor apartment was ideal for enjoying the pool and the well maintained gardens and the kitchen was a real home from home, equipped with everything we needed. Look forward to returning soon!

Beautiful luxury apartment, clean & tidy.

We had a super holiday at this luxury apt. It is great for families is very spacious and has high chair and cot. It was our first holiday with our 2 young children and Phil the owner was excellent, organising transfers inc child seats. The luxury apt was clean & tidy and the pool and park was great for the children! It was quiet at night and the pool attendant was friendly and helpful. The marina is about 25-30min walk and has lots of lovely restaurants and shops. There is a lovely restaurant and supermarket across the rd from apt also. I would definately highly recommend this apt and intend to go back next year.

Nearest Airport : Faro at 20 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Fellissia at 1.5 Kilometres Car: not necessary

At the heart of Vilamoura is the marina, the ideal place to eat, drink and relax in the Sun. The marina is surrounded by numerous restaurants and vibrant bars. At the far corner of the marina, it is possible to charter boats for big game fishing. There are also facilities for jet skiing and parascending. Close by, you'll find a number of sports clubs, a shooting range, many night clubs and a large casino.

Holidays in the fishing town of Vilamoura will prove to be everything you expected from the Algarve. Sun, sand & sea are an irresistible combination as there are two large, sandy beaches stretching away on either side of the marina. The Algarve is also famous for its stunning golf courses. You are surrounded by 6 golf courses - 1) Laguna, 2) The Old Course, 3) Millennium, 4) Pinhal, 5)Victoria, 6) Vila Sol - all providing fantastic golf facilities.

For the avid historians there is a preserved Roman Site and Museum providing an insight to the area's Roman past

I can arrange transfer to & from the apartment to make your holiday hassle free, or provide details instructions from the airport for those who wish to hire a car? The apartment is in a secure gated complex, Ideal for families with children. There is plenty of parking space within the complex. There is also an under ground parking place with the apartment. The private terraced & grass areas are enclosed with a private hedge. Ideal for those who want to sunbath in private away from the pool. Long term Rental considered November to end of March . The booking is made from 4 pm on the date of arrival until 10 am on the date of departure. (unless by prior arrangement) The time lapse is to enable the property to be inspected and cleaned ready for new clients.
