Ample wardrobe & drawer space in both bedrooms with mirrors & hairdryer. 2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite with Jacuzzi spa bath. Large lounge dining room with sofa, sofa bed, dining table, TV, DVD, CD player leading out to the large private terrace with table chairs & sun lounger. Both are fully fitted with plenty of wardrobe, draw and storage space. The main bedroom has a double bed, patio doors which lead out to the large terrace area and looks straight out to the large pool. It also has a luxury en-suite bathroom complete with Jacuzzi spa bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds, vanity unit with mirror and hair dryer. There is a large sofa bed in the lounge which can be used to sleep 2 people, extra bedding and pillows are stored in the wardrobe. Also provide is a Travel cot & high chair. Please ask when booking so that I can arrange for these to be in the apartment. This apartment is ideally situated for all your golfing needs. Surrounded by 6 of the best golf courses in the Algarve. I can arrange transfer to & from the apartment to make your holiday hassle free, or provide details instructions from the airport for those who wish to hire a car? The apartment is in a secure gated complex, Ideal for families with children. There is plenty of parking space within the complex. There is also an under ground parking place with the apartment. The private terraced & grass areas are enclosed with a private hedge. Ideal for those who want to sunbath in private away from the pool. Long term Rental considered November to end of March . The booking is made from 4 pm on the date of arrival until 10 am on the date of departure. (unless by prior arrangement) The time lapse is to enable the property to be inspected and cleaned ready for new clients.

Very clean & had all the amenities

The apartment was perfect. Great location & having a pool so close to the apartment was great. Daughter loved the little playground. Everything was so easy; access to apartment straight forward & we appreciated so very much the few supplies waiting for us after the flight & drive from the airport. I would highly recommend this property. 😁?😁?👍?👍?

Mother and Daughter break

Great holiday - lovely apartment with benefit of two bedrooms and two bathrooms giving us our own space. Lovely little café/bakery less than five minutes walk along with several restaurants. Could walk to Vilamoura in less than half an hour along a walkway with 'exercise stations' at various points which were well used by walkers. Felt very safe even in the evening. Only minor point with apartment was lack of shower curtain in bathroom in double bedroom and no cushion on sun loungers in garden. Didn't spoil our holiday and we had a great time and warm sunny weather was an added bonus. Thanks Phil for all your help and answering my many questions about the apartment and location. Will certainly recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful property

We had a lovely stay in this apartment. It is spacious and very comfortable. I would absolutely agree with the positive comments of previous reviewers. I would also add that the speed with which a small issue in the apartment was fixed during out stay was wonderful. To know that level of support is available is great.

Gorgeous, modern and spacious

This property was perfect for our family of four whilst staying in Vilamoura and we loved how spacious it was. It was beautifully furnished and very well equipped with everything we needed to ensure a comfortable stay.

The complex has a great swimming pool and well kept gardens and when we stayed it was so peaceful and quiet with plenty of available sun-beds around the pool.

It is within walking distance of the Marina, where you will find wonderful restaurants but we hired a car, which we would recommend and there was plenty of car parking available at the apartment complex and free parking available near the Marina and beach.

In addition, the car gave us the ability to head to the Old Village and Vale do Lobo to explore other wonderful places and restaurants such as Le Rendez-Vous and Gourmet Natural..

The property is also located ideally for the keen golfer as it is surrounded with a number of golf courses. Phil is an exceptionally nice man, who answered any queries we had before we travelled with the utmost efficiency. We were made feel like we had home from home. Would fully recommend this property and it will be our number one choice when we return to the Algarve!

All directions and instructions for the property were concise and correct. First impressions for it were very favourable. It is very roomy, clean and has everything you could need. The little private garden is very near the pool and there are ample sunbeds provided. The pool is very nice - one of the best we have had - and was very quiet and peaceful.

Only a minor criticism of the apartment - the main bathroom had no shower curtain so the water went everywhere and there were no hooks to hang towels on so they had to go outside. Apart from that everything was superb - would definitely stay there again.

It was a half hour walk to the Marina along some very nice walking paths which are flat - no hills. The little supermarket over the road was a bit limited but did the basics and there is another one about 15 minutes walk away going towards the centre. The local restaurant was good - and very reasonable - and was frequented solely by English people! Huge choice of restaurants in the marina but of course they are more expensive.

At the heart of Vilamoura is the marina, the ideal place to eat, drink and relax in the Sun. The marina is surrounded by numerous restaurants and vibrant bars. At the far corner of the marina, it is possible to charter boats for big game fishing. There are also facilities for jet skiing and parascending. Close by, you'll find a number of sports clubs, a shooting range, many night clubs and a large casino.

Holidays in the fishing town of Vilamoura will prove to be everything you expected from the Algarve. Sun, sand & sea are an irresistible combination as there are two large, sandy beaches stretching away on either side of the marina. The Algarve is also famous for its stunning golf courses. You are surrounded by 6 golf courses - 1) Laguna, 2) The Old Course, 3) Millennium, 4) Pinhal, 5)Victoria, 6) Vila Sol - all providing fantastic golf facilities.

For the avid historians there is a preserved Roman Site and Museum providing an insight to the area's Roman past
