I have been visiting Puerto Banus for 20 years and was always looking for a Villa in the perfect location. So when we found this one we couldn't resist buying it. We rent it out to people when my Wife, Children and I can't get over to Spain.

The Villa is in the unique position to be able to walk to the Puerto Banus Port where all the restaurants, bars & the beach are located with the added bonus of being located in a quite private cul-de-sac.

  • All of the bathrooms are very spacious and convenient to the bedrooms. The 1st master suite bath is extremely large with glass block shower, extremely large round tub, double sinks, separate toilet and bidet area. Full marble. The second master bath is new with glass shower enclosure, very modern with full marble. The third bath is en suite to the 3rd bedroom and immediately adjacent to the twin bedroom. It has double sinks and is a very good size.

  • There are two master bedroom suites. Both are very private. The one on the upper level is huge, it has a king-size bed & a single bed, and there is also plenty of room for the cot if you should need it. There is a dressing area and a luxurious bathroom. This room also has the advantages of four Juliet balconies You can also access the upper terrace from the entrance to this master suite. The other master bedroom suite has a en-suite shower room, and lots of built in wardrobes. The bedroom can be configured with a King-size bed or with two single beds. This room also has access to the garden patio through a set of patio doors. The other two bedrooms share a jack & Jill bathroom and can also be configured with king-size beds or two single beds in each, these rooms also have patio doors leading to the garden patio area. There is also a fold down bed if required as well as a cot.

The heated pool is a lovely feature. There is an outside shower as well, for removing tanning lotions before using the pool. Lovely, private setting with additional rooftop patio to catch all the sun. Walled garden with good security, off street parking for two cars. Lovely, very large master suite upstairs with Roman bath. Additional master suite downstairs. All lower bedrooms open to walled garden and pool. Upper master has 4 French doors all with balconies. New American style kitchen appliances.

beautiful villa. ideally situated

This is a beautiful villa (very spanish). It's situation is 10 minute walk to beach,port,bars + restaurants.la Sala bar restaurant is a 3 minute walk from villa. The villa had everything we needed. Having the pool was a bonus for the days we didn't want to go to the beach (the sunbeds were a little worn and could do with being replaced). Caroline the lady who looks after the villa was very helpful and could be easily contacted. We would definately recomend this villa. It was everything we wanted and more.

Beautiful property,ideally situated

This property was exactly as described on Homeaway.We were a group of 7 ladies who booked the property for a 4 night stay.The villa was everything we wanted,very clean,well maintained(the sunbeds could do with being replaced as they were showing signs of wear and tear) and very well equipped .Ideally situated ,10 minute walk to beach ,port ,restaurants and bars.We would deffinately recommend this villa.

Didn't match our expectations but still ok.

I thought the taxi driver had driven us to the wrong house, since the location on HomeAway showed that the house should have been on the beach side of the main road going through the area. This was a major disappointment for us. Although the location itself is not bad we had other expectations. For the first few days we were a bit unlucky with the weather and it was quite cold in the evenings & mornings and heating system in the house is not working very well at all. So we had to use a bit of clothes indoors. However, as the weather became better this became less of a problem. Compared to other houses we have rented I must say that the standard was relatively simple. The women who looked after the house was friendly and quite easy to get ahold of.
